Relax at this peaceful stylish up market house with a swimming pool and a sweeping ocean view which can be enjoyed from the expansive patio or the open plan living area. The spacious house which is serviced daily, is perfect for leisure or working executives. It features five bedrooms, 4 with en suites and sits at the end of a quiet cal-de-sac. Situated in the heart of Umdloti, a 2 min walk to the beach and a parade of shops and restaurants, you could not be better positioned!

The space
Guests enter into a pristine, large open concept living area which houses the dining room, lounge and kitchen.
Its stylish living area has a gorgeous 8-seater dining table perfect for guests to enjoy long lazy luncheons together. The dining area opens onto a tastefully decorated lounge.

The large open plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, double door fridge & freezer, as well as all other necessary appliances one would need. There is a scullery leading off the kitchen with a dishwasher.
The open plan kitchen opens onto the living area with a lovely kitchen bar counter.

The spacious living area with an entertainment bar leads onto a large patio with an unsurpassed ocean view providing a tranquil escape ...
Here you can enjoy the swimming pool and braai area with family or friends after a fun day on the beach.

There is a guest loo and separate comfy TV lounge, with a large flat screen smart TV for guests movie viewing pleasure.

The four tastefully decorated bedrooms each have their own en suite bathrooms. There is a fifth bedroom with a queen bed .
The main bedroom has a king bed, a walk in closet and opens onto a patio with a beautiful sea view. The main en-suite has a bath as well as a shower and double basin
All bedrooms are air-conditioned for that extra comfort on those hot summer nights .
