CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Bedroom 1 - 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 x King Bed *splitable into 2 singles for an extra charge of $50 and must be requested upon booking so it can be prearranged.
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed
*There is a fold out couch in the main loungeroom, linen is left at the property for you to make up the bed if required.

So we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation we ask that you pick up after your pets. Excess cleaning charges will apply if the rules are not adhered to and these charges will be automatically taken from your security deposit.
