The riad Eva was very wonderful, one of the best places we lived at during our trip to Marokko. The riad is beautiful and pretty cheap, the rooms are simple with an autentic marrokan estetique, and we felt in love with the rooftop/terasse, from which we got the breakfast served every morning. The riad is located in a quiet area very close to Djemma El Fna, the big and central plaza in marroko. We highly recomend the riad Eva.

Was well looked after here. The riad is in a very lively part of town.

Our stay was short but really nice. We went on a desert trip the next morning and got prepared a nice breakfast very early so that we could leave in time, also it was possible for us to leave our luggage until we came back from dessert trip. We also were allowed to take a shower and stay until our flight departed. Thank you very much everytime again

Location of Radouan's place on quiet street near the big square Jemaa el-fna is fantastic, as it is beautiful terrace with spectacular views where you can listen evening muesins calls from all around the city as birds singing on the early morning ... riad is beautifully furnished in old Moroccan style ... but i was also unpleasantly surprised with sudden moving to another room on 1th floor after five days in the roof room - that second room was too small for anything except sleeping and with poor ventilation. It's better if it is clear from the beginning, which room is the subject of agreement.

The place was very difficult to find at first but once we found it it was a very nice location to the big square. Although it is a bit creepy to walk to at night because of the long side streets. The pictures advertised definitely made the place look better than what we came to. The amenities were not horrible but not what we expected. The room unfortunately was not light and airy because there was not proper ventilation so it was musky and humid when I arrived. However, this Riad had a great location and will do if you want to be close to the center of everything in Marrakech. The staff was extremely nice to us and very helpful with any concerns we had-- I unfortunately locked myself out of my suitcase and they immediately helped me find the right tools so that I could break the lock to get my back into my stuff. The breakfast was delightful and small of course, a petit déjeuner. The terrasse where breakfast was held was very quiet calm and relaxing however the wifi doesn't work in that area specifically. Overall we had a good experience but be aware of those that try and get you to pay for directions to the place. You should double check with the host for directions or find someone willing to help you for free. Also a taxi from the airport shouldn't be any more than 100 dirhams which is 10 euros (the taxi should actually be cheaper than this as well but they will try and get you to pay 200 dirhams.. don't do it). But there is a bus at the airport that will take you to the square for 20 dirhams/ 2 euros which is honestly the best option to do.

The riad is well located, 5 mins' walk from the square. The place is quite. The host helped us found a Sahara tour at good price. The reception is great. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are unfortunately bedbugs which bit me in the night.
