The building is new, with great infrastructure and modern conveniences that make it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore Yerevan without sacrificing comfort.
Studio:
The studio is equipped with a king-size bed featuring a comfortable mattress for restful nights. There's also a sofa bed available for extra guests, providing flexibility for your stay. The space includes plenty of seating options with a coffee table and dining table. For restful sleep, the blackout shades ensure you can block out light when needed. The room is kept cool with a reliable A/C unit.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is compact yet functional, offering all the essentials, including a microwave, large fridge, kettle, and plenty of storage space for your convenience.
Bathroom:
The bathroom features a shower cabin with excellent water pressure, a mirror with a vanity unit, and a washer to take care of your laundry needs.
The views from the apartment are lovely, adding a peaceful element to your stay. The building itself is brand new, with a welcoming reception area that sets the tone for a pleasant stay from the moment you arrive.

Other things to note
1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking.
2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service.
3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies
4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests.
5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty.
6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
