The space
The cabin is located at the secluded east end of Lake Sutherland, offering stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains from its spacious upper and lower decks. With a lawn/beach area and a large dock, it provides excellent lake access. The cabin is surrounded by old-growth fir and cedar trees, creating a serene and natural setting.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire cabin, the surrounding property on both sides, the beach, firepit, and dock. The owners permit the use of boats. Additionally, there are great biking and hiking trails close by. Please note that dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on the property.

Other things to note
Our cabin is in close proximity to various attractions such as the Olympic Discovery Trail, Spruce Railroad Trail, Marymere Falls, and the Elwah River Restoration project. During winter weekends, visitors can enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, and tubing at Hurricane Ridge.

Neighborhood highlights

Lake Sutherland area about 15 miles west of Port Angeles. About 20 minutes from cabin heading east is the Olympic National Park Visitors' Center with a children's educational display and all the information you need for hiking the Olympic Peninsula. On the shores of Lake Crescent, Lake Crescent Lodge a must to visit: inside, giant fireplace/seating, lovely short hikes.
