The Western Nomad Room is #4 of the 5 rooms at Spin & Margie's Desert Hideaway, a quiet retreat on 29 Palms Highway, less than 5 minutes from the center of Joshua Tree. This stylish room has a beautiful full kitchen, and private bathroom your choice of shower or tub for bathing. The room lets out into our courtyard oasis, and has a side door leading to a private sitting area. Situated on our secluded private grounds with a beautiful swimming pool and ample free parking.

The space
The main room has a Queen bed, sitting area with 2 chairs and coffee table, smart TV with DVD player and DVDs available, and a closet for clothes/storage (with extra blankets available). The suite has its own kitchen with oven, table & chairs, dishware/cookware, spices, coffee service, etc. the private bathroom is spacious. This is a very popular suite and one of our best options for singles or couples who only need one bed. It feels very homey.

Guest access
In addition to your room with kitchenette and bathroom, feel free to explore our spacious grounds with many trees, walkways, sitting areas, and our pool. A barbecue is also available outside.

Other things to note
We are quite close to Joshua Tree National Park and there is a hiker’s entrance about 1 mile the south of us. However, if you intend to drive into the park, the Joshua Tree National Park Visitors’ Center is less than five minutes away in the center of the town of Joshua Tree, and from there it is a 5-mile scenic drive to the official West Entrance.
