The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located in the established heart of Spirit Lake just minutes from all of the Great Lakes. Come and enjoy the luxury of the 86” TV, sauna, fireplace, spacious fenced in back yard. The back yard is full of fun. It has a fire pit and a comfortable couch and a dining table.. We allow a capacity of 8 only. This is a strict no smoking which includes vaping property. No unauthorized guests.

The space
The home has two master suites with king size beds. Also two bedrooms with queen size beds. The upstairs living has a full size sofa sleeper(for kids only). The home has a main kitchen that has a double oven and a six burner gas stove which is ideal for the home chef. The basement kitchen has all of the convenience of a regular kitchen.

This is not on the water but is blocks from the local splash pad. We do not have any walkable beaches. But are near several parks located on the water.

Guest access
The whole house is yours with the exception of the locked with a smart lock owner/storage closets on each level. Entry into these areas is strictly prohibited.

We do not allow more than a capacity of 8. No exceptions. A minimum fine of $500 for a violation of this.

This is a no smoking or vaping home. A minimum $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations of this. Monitor installed.

Absolutely no commercial or industrial activities are allowed. Costs incurred by violations this will be passed on and $500 fine assessed.

Pet info:
We accept non shedding to low shedding, potty trained, well behaved dogs.

We do NOT have any grass in our yard for pet relief. Behind the home and garage does have a space for pet relief and there is treated artificial turf in the back yard. DO NOT a use the neighbors yards to relieve your pet please.

We do not accept any cats. Absolutely no exceptions.

Unauthorized pets will come with $150 charge and additional cleaning fee. PLEASE don’t sneak in your pet. We do a very comprehensive cleaning and need the appropriate time to plan for this cleaning. We do a detailed video of the property before your stay and will provide video proof after the stay of indications of a pet. Our pet fee is for the additional time to do extra cleaning and furniture covers to be removed and cleaned for our future guests with allergies. Please help us stay pet friendly.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask guests to follow these guidelines:

All pets should be kept on leashes.

You will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet during your stay.

You will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees that are imposed by the cleaner because of additional cleaning that is needed.

Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Additional cleaning costs may apply if this rule is not followed.
