Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property, including the main house, game room, outdoor grills, fire pit, fishing pond, and open lawn areas. The only areas not included will be clearly marked as private for storage or maintenance.

**Please note: Any events or gatherings exceeding the original number of booked guests must be approved in advance by the owners. This helps us ensure the property is prepared for your group and that all events run smoothly.

Please note that longhorn cattle and other animals live on the property. For everyone’s safety, we have clearly marked signs showing where guests are welcome and where areas are off-limits. We kindly ask that guests do not feed or approach the animals.
