There is one bathroom which, if I am home, I will share with you. I'm a guy, and I work all the time, so it's never been an issue.
Smoke outside, take your shoes off, don't wake the neighbors, don't do anything I wouldn't do.
This is my home (which I'm happy to share!) - not a hostel. No, you can't bring your 3 friends with sleeping bags.
Caleb is a great host, the place is top quality and the neighborhood is as good as it gets given its proximity to the attractions in/around the South End and Copley Sq. This was my second stay with Caleb.
Staying at Caleb's place was a great experience and, to me, a really nice first day of an extended business stay in Boston (continued across the river in Cambridge). The location of the apartment is very convenient, style and furniture are top-notch. Best of all, Caleb's a really nice, helpful and friendly person – and a very good (and fast!) running partner. The next time I'm in the Boston area I'll definitely check if his place is available. Highly recommended!
Caleb's flat is modern & clean & brilliantly located. Caleb is very laid back & was rarely at home so we had his lovely apartment to ourselves.
We were in Boston to visit our daughter who lives in the South End. This ended up being an excellent location for us. Nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Caleb was very accommodating host with good recommendations for places to eat. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. And he somehow managed to arrange some beautiful weather for our visit. It was a very enjoyable weekend.
Beautiful space in a perfect location. Coupled with a wonderful knowledgable and hospitable host... we had a great time in Boston visiting our daughter. Will definitely call upon Caleb again when we are back in town.
Sorry Caleb about those Bruins! :( Maybe next year!
Caleb was helpful and a gracious host. The neighborhood was great, with plenty of restaurant options and close to the downtown core shopping and access to Boston attractions. Comfy bed and great deep soaker tub after a day of touring about. Apartment is open and airy - loved the high ceilings. Only issue would be the 30 steps to get up to the apartment being a challenge with a bad knee (use a cane).
Had a great stay at Caleb's apartment in South End--cool place, fantastic location, and restaurant tips to boot! Highly recommend.
