The space
Our bright 2-bedroom apartments are designed to give you comfort, style, and a central location without compromise.
Set in a small building of just five flats, they’re a short walk from Leeds train station, The Headrow, shops, and restaurants. Leeds Bradford Airport is 15–20 minutes by car.
Each apartment includes three double beds across two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living space. Interiors vary slightly in design, but all are finished to the same high standard, and many offer views over Park Square.
The pictures show a mix of our 2-bedroom apartments. Your apartment will have the same spec kitchen, bathroom and so on. It will look similar to the pictures, but we have used slightly different colour schemes and panelling in each flat!
Please note that there is no elevator in the building, but the stairs are easily navigable.

-Please note that this is not a guarantee as these spaces are shared amongst all guests in 9 apartments.

House Rules
This is a peaceful residential area — no parties or loud music are allowed.
Please lock all doors and close windows when leaving the property to help prevent water damage or theft.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property.
Pets are not permitted.
Fees & Responsibilities
Disturbances may result in a £250 penalty fee.
Lost keys will incur a £50 replacement charge.
Please report any damage or issues to the property manager as soon as possible — failure to report could result in an additional charge.
Any serious damage may be flagged to the booking platform and charges may apply.
Check-Out Information
Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Late check-out without prior approval may incur a charge equivalent to an additional night.
Kindly return keys to the original collection point before departure to avoid any penalties.
