About this listing
This cosy two-bedroom apartment is centrally located on a quiet street, very near the seafront and the beach. It can accommodate 5 persons and it has got all the facilities. It was completely refurbished a few years ago. Welcome, dear guests!
My apartment might not be the most modern or luxurious, but I think it's very pleasant, comfortable and homely - as one of my guests put it in his review - it feels like home. That's exactly how I would like my guests to feel.
Everything in the apartment is at my guests' disposal. The apartment has Internet access.
Interaction with Guests
I try to be of help if my guests need any information or some useful tips. When they check in, I provide as much information as possible, and always say that they can text me any time, day or night, if they need anything.
My apartment is in a quiet area, but very centrally located, which is something I like most. Wherever you want to go, it's just a few-minute walk.
I wouldn't like my guests to be noisy or play loud music, especially after 11 o'clock at night. Besides that, I would like them to observe house rules as if they were at their own home.
About the Host, Vedrana
My name is Vedrana Boras and I am an English teacher. I work at a school for foreign languages in Makarska. I enjoy teaching and I work with all age groups – from primary school children to teenagers and adults. Being a teacher has its good and bad sides. One of the most important good sides is that I do not work in summer. Most of June and the whole of July and August I rest and enjoy the sun and the sea.
I am at my guests’ disposal at all times and I am more than happy to help with the necessary information and useful advice. I live in the same street where the apartment is situated. My flat is just about 150 metres up the street.
My hobbies are swimming, sunbathing and walking. Early in the mornings I go for brisk walks to Tučepi or Krvavica, small towns about 4 km away from Makarska.
I have a 21-year old son, who is a student at Split University. He is at the Faculty of Maritime Studies. His wish is to be a sailor once he graduates.
