About This Listing
This cosy two-bedroom apartment is centrally located on a quiet street, very near the seafront and the beach. It can accommodate 5 persons and it has got all the facilities. It was completely refurbished a few years ago. Welcome, dear guests!
My apartment might not be the most modern or luxurious, but I think it's very pleasant, comfortable and homely - as one of my guests put it in his review - it feels like home. That's exactly how I would like my guests to feel.
Everything in the apartment is at my guests' disposal. The apartment has Internet access.
Interaction with Guests
I try to be of help if my guests need any information or some useful tips. When they check in, I provide as much information as possible, and always say that they can text me any time, day or night, if they need anything.
My apartment is in a quiet area, but very centrally located, which is something I like most. Wherever you want to go, it's just a few-minute walk.
I wouldn't like my guests to be noisy or play loud music, especially after 11 o'clock at night. Besides that, I would like them to observe house rules as if they were at their own home.
Good choice!! The apartment have everything I needed. Vedrana is an excellent host, thank you for all the details that makes my stay perfect!! Location is great!!! Vedrana gave me good suggestion to go around.
Спасибо Ведрана за гостеприимный прием и уютные апартаменты. Все было очень удобно, чисто и красиво. Было приятно отдыхать. Дополнительно помогли подготовленные места отдыха, рестораны и карта города.
Vedrana was an exceptional host and her apartment was exactly as shown, very clean and homely. She met us at the bus station to show us to the apartment, it's only a 5 minute walk and close also to town. She had bought us some local strawberries and had eating and sightseeing recommendations written down, also provided us with maps and a local bus timetable. The washing machine was very much appreciated, the neighbourhood was quiet and seemed very safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We stayer 2 days in this beautiful town. Vedrana was always taking care of us, even before our arrival. The location of the house was perfect, just 30 seconds from the main street, clean, with basics for breakfasts, and a small terrace where to have a nice and relax drink. She also offered to us towels for the beach and brought us strawberries one morning. It has been the best experience of air bnb in Croatia! I highly recommend anyone visiting Makarska to stay at Vedrana's, you won't regret!
Vedrana's apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! The location is perfect... quiet street and only a couple of minutes away from the water, a small market, bakery, and main square! I would definitely recommend this apartment as Vedrana was a lovely host and the apartment was wonderful.
I added an extra night to my stay at Vedrana's most lovely apartment in Makarska. I left a review already for the first two nights but, the experience was so wonderful, I think two excellent reviews are warranted! Vedrana made me feel at home and I had an incredible time there in Makarska. I will definitely stay at her place again - it was clean, comfortable, and cozy. thanks again, Vedrana!
About the Host, Vedrana
My name is Vedrana Boras and I am an English teacher. I work at a school for foreign languages in Makarska. I enjoy teaching and I work with all age groups – from primary school children to teenagers and adults. Being a teacher has its good and bad sides. One of the most important good sides is that I do not work in summer. Most of June and the whole of July and August I rest and enjoy the sun and the sea.
I am at my guests’ disposal at all times and I am more than happy to help with the necessary information and useful advice. I live in the same street where the apartment is situated. My flat is just about 150 metres up the street.
My hobbies are swimming, sunbathing and walking. Early in the mornings I go for brisk walks to Tučepi or Krvavica, small towns about 4 km away from Makarska.
I have a 21-year old son, who is a student at Split University. He is at the Faculty of Maritime Studies. His wish is to be a sailor once he graduates.
Kalalarga is the pedestrian area with many shops and restaurants - I really recommend a tavern of the same name Kalalarga which is at the beginning of the street, a minute away from my apartment.Kalalarga Makarska Split-Dalmatia County 21300
