Located on Agatangeghos Street, 7, this apartment is just minutes away from Republic Square and the city's vibrant parks.
Apartment:
At 40 sqm, this clean and well-located apartment is part of our collection for budget-conscious travelers. While it may not offer luxury, it provides everything you need for a central stay, matching all clean standards with essential amenities and our signature service. Perfect for those who prefer to spend their time exploring the city rather than lounging in designer sofas.
Living Room:
The living room features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, complemented by a nice rug, coffee table, wall art, and cushions for added comfort. There’s also a large air conditioner to keep the space cool and comfortable.
Kitchen:
The spacious kitchen, connected to the living room, is larger than you'd expect for a one-bedroom apartment. It comes fully equipped with the basics for cooking and plenty of storage, along with a dining table for four. Amenities include a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, and a washer. The space is bright and welcoming with lots of natural light.
Bedroom:
Tucked behind the living room, the bedroom stays fresh and airy, even without a direct window. It offers ample storage for clothes, a full-size mirror, and a soft seating area that adds a cozy touch. The bedside table completes the room’s practical vibe.
Bathroom:
The bathroom includes all the essentials: a shower set with good pressure, a nice shower head, a mirror, and a vanity unit. The clean tiling ensures a fresh, modern look.

Other things to note
1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking.
2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service.
3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies
4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests.
5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty.
6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
