If you’re looking for a cozy and special ski-in/ski-out getaway with the most snow in the East, you’ll find it all inside The Snow Globe Lounge at Jay Peak Resort. Updated in understated Scandinavian style, this charming alpine garden level end unit is done up in restful whites with little touches throughout to make your stay more homey & comfortable. The Snow Globe Lounge features a gas fireplace & radiant floors throughout, a private and sunny bedroom with a sleep-inducing King bed plus second TV, adult-tested bunk beds, snow-colored sheepskins, fleece blankets, a well-stocked kitchen that includes a Keurig coffee maker with a “strong brew” option, a crockpot & a blender for adult Aprés. A washer/dryer provide the ultimate convenience of onsite laundry. All-season outdoor Adirondack chairs & drink tables add a nice option for enjoying the backyard space on milder days.

 Fast Wifi will keep you connected, or unplug with some choice board games. The Snow Globe Lounge is nicely secluded, sited at the far back corner of its building and abutting a lovely wooded area. From the front, you have amazing views of Jay’s iconic aerial Tram as it floats inside the Jay Cloud to and from the SkyHaus.
Best of all, the Snow Globe Lounge is ski-in/ski-out & just a short walk to the nearest trail. Or call the Jay shuttle service for prompt and quick transfers between the condo & Stateside or Tramside lodges for your choice of skiing, dining, the famous Pump House indoor water park, a live Jay event, the seasonal outdoor heated pool, climbing walls, a round of golf, or a movie. You’ll play hard at Jay, and you’ll rest well afterward in this unique retreat.
The Snow Globe Lounge celebrates your Vermont travel adventures & the fascinating history of Jay Peak. Austria gave Jay Peak the champion skier & mastermind Walter Foeger, who transformed Jay’s snowy mountain into a world-class resort…and Austria also gave us the much-loved snow globe! The Austrian “Schneekugel” design originally provided travelers with a meaningful souvenir of their cherished travel memories.
