Guests will access the property with a unique code to the keyless lock on the front door. You'll have access to the entire home with the exception of the locked storage areas.
Other things to note
Ken's Tranquil Harbor is a 3-story townhome. Guests will need to climb a flight of stairs to access the front door entry and living area. Another flight of stairs is inside the home to access the top floor with the bedrooms.
A photo ID is required for the booking guest. Must be 23+ to book and guest booking must be staying at the property.

The total price you see on Airbnb now includes all fees but we want you to understand what you are paying: a $219 cleaning fee, a $75 pet fee per pet, plus the fee that Airbnb charges guests. Our home is professionally cleaned, and we proudly pay our cleaners a living wage. We believe in fair, transparent pricing so you can book with confidence!
We provide linens for all the beds, a towel set for each registered guest, and a starter set of paper products and cleaning products (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher liquid, hand soap, laundry detergent) that will not be replenished during your stay. Our home is convenient to many grocery stores that offer curbside pickup.
Check-out instructions will be in the house, but are very simple common courtesies. Please empty the fridge and freezer of your items, do the dishes/start the dishwasher, and take out trash & recyclables to the outdoor bins.
Pet Policy: Pets allowed upon approval only, max 2, with $75 pet fee per pet. Please keep pets on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Please do not leave them home alone or outside on the balcony unsupervised. Please pick up and dispose of pet waste (in bags, in the trash bin). Guest is responsible for any damage done by pets.
Our property is in Florida, which is a humid subtropical environment. You may see wildlife including squirrel, possum, birds, heron. You may also see insects, bugs, bats, snakes, ants, bees, wasps, spiders, raccoon, and other creatures that call Florida their home. We do have an exterminating company treat our property regularly. However, if you encounter an insect or ant that finds its way inside, please feel free to dispose of it or catch and release it to the outside world (your choice). Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to creature sightings.
