The space
As you enter the villa through the main gate into the private parking area, the first thing you'll notice is the 3x7 meter in-ground swimming pool surrounded by a cozy garden and deck, perfect for lounging and enjoying your free time. Inside, the bright living area can be fully enclosed or opened for a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, offering a spacious setting ideal for group gatherings. On the first floor you'll find two fully furnished, air conditioned bedrooms with a shared balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The bedrooms
The two fully furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor both feature comfortable king-size beds, private bathrooms and a shared balcony facing pool and garden view. Both rooms are equipped with confortable mattresses, towels for the pool and bathroom, wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps and safety-box. Conveniently placed USB international wall sockets by the bed ensure easy access for all your charging needs adding an extra touch of comfort.
The bathrooms
Each private bathroom is fitted with its own water heater, offering both hot and cold showers. For your convenience, the bathrooms are stocked with towels, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryers.
The kitchen
The open living kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need making it a perfect place for cooking or getting creative with your own drinks. Private parking is available on the premises for one car (please inform us if you have more than one or an oversized vehicle) as well as motorbikes. Additional public parking is also nearby for your convenience.
