Really chic, space for one to four people who appreciate privacy, a kitchen and tasteful decor.
Near everything in the Twin Cities.
Wonderful contemporary charm. Simple bedroom, tiled bath, darling kitchen. Full size futon in living room and full size bed in bedroom.
Stocked with dishes, cookware, towels and sheets. Free wifi.
Expect quiet privacy and a clean home while you are here. Amanda lives next door and will help you with what ever you need.
Close to downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Restaurants, Whole Foods, parks, 15 minutes from Uptown and lakes, 15 minutes from MSP airport and blocks off interstate 94.
Three blocks off the train between Minneapolis and Saint Paul as well as the bus stop. On street parking easy in this quiet neighborhood (across the street lives a Mpls police officer, so it's pretty safe to park around here).
This little flat has all the charm of a city flat and none of the chaos.

The house is very comfortable and centrally located with a Traders Joes near by for your shopping needs. Downtown St Paul is very close with lots of great restaurants. Parking is very easy on the street and the neighborhood is neat and quite.
Sarina did an excellent job of communicating with us before our trip and answering our questions. She made sure someone was available to check in and help us out if we needed anything. The apartment was cozy and well kept.
Sarina's place suited us perfectly. Her interior photos are spot on and communication was good. The duplex was clean, comfortable, and far more convenient than any of the hotels for making college visits in St. Paul. Groceries and the local Target store are close by. Yes, previous reviewers are correct that the kitchen is sparsely furnished, but the dishes and few pots/pans were sufficient for our breakfast and snacks. There are plenty of restaurants (ranging from national chains to Afghan) on University, Snelling, and south of the interstate along Grand.
...Oh yes, my 6ft teenager assures me he slept soundly on the living room futon.
The photos perfectly reflect the property. Excellent communication -- Sarina replied to emails within hours. Her "funky fake fur" collection made me smile, providing backup against the Minnesota cold for unprepared visitors. Kitchen provisions were minimal. This was an excellent first booking experience for me through AirBnB.
The place was warm and clean..i would definitely stay here again
Sabrina is a helpfull and understanding hostess.
i'll definitely wait until spring to visit here again brrrrr.
Sarina was a wonderful host - she was very responsive and provided incredibly clear instructions for the house. She also let us stick around past check out time which was a huge lifesaver! Her cozy home is very close to some great spots (Bread and Chocolate was a wonderful brunch spot!) Thanks for having us :)
We enjoyed our stay. The place was as advertised. I wish I had brought a CD player! What a fascinating collection of CDs! I was disappointed with how the kitchen was stocked.
Sarina's place in Saint Paul provided us a great location. We had convenient access to Grand Ave and Downtown Saint Paul, but also were able to make it to the airport in 15 minutes during rush hour. The home was inviting with a nice layout and unique features. A great place if you want to settle in and call it your own for a week, but a little sparsely furnished if you want the "lived in" feel.
Great place! Quiet and clean. Easy to find and located near major streets making it easy to get around in the city. Would stay here again.
Perfect pad for a couple days away to write, fix myself a nice meal, and just mellow out. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks, Sarina
