We hope you will come and visit our wonderful town and stay in this fully renovated guest house for your visit to Athens! This beautiful home has the charm of a historic home with all the benefits and modern conveniences of a brand new house. The home is located just blocks from downtown Athens and has plenty of space for your family or friends to enjoy time in the area.

The space
This charming home includes a full kitchen, dining room, and living room along with a bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom/laundry room with walk in shower as well as a sun porch on the main floor.

The second level includes 3 additional bedrooms (2 full size beds and 1 queen size bed), a full bathroom with bathtub/shower, and a spacious foyer area.

The house is listed for six adults. You may private message me if you have a greater than six you would like us to consider.

Parking:
The house also has a detached garage with 2 stalls available for parking. For guests using the garage, please note that the garage is large but the garage doors are not large and will not fit a full size truck. Use care with side mirrors if using the garage doors.

In addition, there is parking space behind the garage and there is also street parking available in front of the house from May 1 to November 30.

Other things to note
We do not charge a cleaning fee and guests seem to appreciate this. In return, we ask guests to take care of some items prior to departure. (for example, take out garbage, take linens off of beds which were used, take used towels to laundry room, vacuum, clean kitchen). If guests would prefer to pay a cleaning fee, they may contact us prior to arrival and we will add to the reservation fee.
