5 minutes walk to the Market of Sant Antoni or the Famous Boqueria where you can treat yourself to the local delicacies and prepare a wonderful meal at home whilst enjoying a chilled Cava in the garden.
No more than a short stroll to the Ramblas where you can amble down to the port and a modernised shopping centre and eateries.
Wander up the Ramblas and within 10 minutes you arrive at the epicentre of Plaza Catalonia and venture up to Passieg de Gracia.
The loft is positioned between 2 metro stations, one of which will lead you up to MontJuic where you can saunter through the gardens and view the entire city from the castle.
Take the other metro and in 5 stops you arrive directly in front of the jewel of Antonio Gaudi, The Sagrada Familia cathedral.
Also close by is the airport bus stop (Calle Urgell), tourist bus routes and local buses.

⁃ Breakages must be reported immediately and paid for before departure
⁃ Parties, gatherings and events are strictly forbidden.
⁃ One set of keys per couple provided,
replacement keys will be charged for a complete lock change, replacement of the communal entry key, deposit and call out.
⁃ The apartment is the sole responsibility of the tenant, do not invite casual guests/strangers to this property.
⁃ No pets or animals are allowed on the premises.
⁃ WI-FI no illegal downloading.
⁃ The loft is situated in a courtyard of 15 properties, We request discretion and that guests honour the rules of the community.
⁃ The communal/community courtyard is not for guests leisure use.
⁃ Please restrict smoking to the outside areas.
⁃ Please consider the neighbours and surroundings by keeping the noise down during late evenings and through the night.
⁃ Respect of the environment by correct use of the air conditioning and heating, turning out lights and usage of water.
⁃ Fires and Barbecues are prohibited
⁃ No Illicit drug use on the premises. People seen to be uncontrollably intoxicated will not enter.
⁃ Dispose of your rubbish regulary in nearby garbage containers.
