  • It is very near Rome Termini station, but I find it a bit dangerous area for single women to be around the area especially at night (I was traveling alone). The room & bedsheets is a bit smelly :( I left after the first night I stay due to safety concern...

  • My wife and I stayed at Ines's place when we were in Rome. We only found out that she would be away about a week before our stay and that we would be sharing the place with another couple. No big deal, but there were quite a bit of house rules around the house to follow and not all of them were easy to understand so with the hosts not being around, things like heating and the electricity going out in the middle of the night became a challenge. Their cousin Marco helped check us in and was really helpful. The kitchen was not in the best condition or the cleanest. There was a half eaten salad and cheese on the kitchen counter and food scrap in the sink when we arrived. The kettle was also rusty inside. Although the listing stated washer, there was a note disallowing us to use it. We used the laundromat downstairs instead. The place is a bit cramped and cluttered, not really what the pictures represent. Perhaps the experience would have been different if the hosts were around. The only real upside would be it's proximity to the train station and you do get what you pay for, to be fair.

  • We spent two nights in the room and it was great. The room is absolutely beautiful and Ines is a very nice hostess. Although it's near the train station there were no problems with the noise. Except for the Vatican, most tourist objectives are within walking distance.

  • It rally worked ok for us.
Ines and Luca are super friendly, respectfull and allways willing to help.
I travelled pregnant and I was afraid of the so called "cat problem" but I can tell you that there´s no cat problem any more. They`ve handled it very well so don`t worry, there`s no cat piss anywhere.
Its a few minutes walk from termini, so it´s comfortable.
Neighbourhood is ok and the building is quiet.
Thank you verry much both of you!!!

  • Ines is an amazing human being! We instantly felt comfortable with her, she was so helpful and kind to us. Her apartment is in a great location and we had everything we needed. She was easily one of our favorite parts of being in Roma. Thank you Ines!!

  • The house is very nice, clean and in a perfect position to visit the city, great experience!

  • Ines was very easy to communicate with and nice. Because she had a visit from her mother, we ended up staying at her boyfriend's place (so this is more of a review for that location, https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1245822?s=LW5K) The apartment was shared with many bedrooms/guests, but was still nice and private. The bedroom was spacious and homey. The only downside was that the toilet was difficult to flush-- but everything else was fine. The location was the best thing about the place: steps from Ostiense train station (with a fast/easy train ride from Fiumicino Airport), pleasant walking distance to everything (Colosseum/Forum Romano, Trastevere neighborhood, Vatican, etc.), and a wonderful surrounding neighborhood that wasn't touristy at all. I would definitely recommend it!

  • Everything was fantastic. The location was very near Piazza Vittorio, which made for an interesting neighborhood. The busses and subway and trains are all right near by, grocery store across the street, plus Ines and Luca were fantastic, accomodating and helpful. i can definitely imagine myself staying here again :-)
