A secluded spot in the heart of Ocho Rios, this exquisite 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa sits on a pristine white sand private beach.
It's breathtaking waking up in the mornings and sipping a cup of coffee on the porch, looking out at the white sand beach and blue water (which is private).
Transportation to and from the airport is also available at an additional cost.
The villa comes with a maid who is there to cook, clean, go to the supermarket, show you around town or even babysit (if needed).
Expect the perfect get away for those looking for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of life, yet close enough to the hub of entertainment activities in Ocho Rios for those seeking some fun!!.
The town of Ocho Rios has a wide range of things to do, restaurants, bars, casinos, dolphin park, ATV-ing, zip-lining, duty free jewelry stores and so much more ... and it's all just a stone's throw away from your private villa.
Public transportation is easily accessible, taxi's are quick and will take you anywhere you want to go. But most places are a short walk away.
We hope to see you soon ... :)
Our family just returned from a very relaxing few days at Meg's Neptune Villa in Ocho Rios. We enjoyed having our meals on the porch, relaxing in the hammock and having our very own private beach. A very short drive to Dunn's River Falls and an easy walk to restaurants and supermarkets. A little piece of paradise in the middle of town! Thank you!
My husband and I have been to Ochi many times but this by far was the most memorable experience.
The owner had good communication but it was all about the house keeper Nardia who really sold the place! Nardia is the face of Neptune Villa she was amazing! She truly took care of us and can honestly say we had a true vacation.
The house it's self is beautiful but will need upgrades with the floors, the beds I found comfortable but my husband disagreed . When you first go down James ave I was a little nervous but when you go through the secure gates it's paradise, we felt very safe there. It helped there was a safe on site with one key.
We stayed longer than most guest and by saying that I would recommend more comfortable outside furniture as we spent 98% of the time outside. The lounger outside is okay but after a week it got uncomfortable.
I would stay here again if the price doesn't increase, I think before the price increases it need some upgrades :)
Also I think with the villa it should come with at least coffee as if you stay in a hotel coffee is supplied, we had to buy coffee and its not cheap! We did shop at the local store which was a wholesale and was pretty cheap for groceries.
Back to the house keeper she made very beautiful delicious meals and we felt so comfortable and trusting of Nardia that we had her babysit our 23mth old. We are not people that lets anyone have our children but like I stated above Nardia is very trusting and a great person.
The beach front is really a beach front! Gorgeous view truly priceless.
Of you looking at this location I'd say book it and make sure Nardia will be your housekeeper!!!
Our trip to Jamaica was fantastic! The villa looks exactly the way it does in the photos and Nardia was phenomenal!!!! I miss her so much already! After a day or so we were mingling with the locals and had no fear walking through the town by ourselves. Like the description says, it is in the center of everything and just a short drive from the major tourist attractions. The only thing that I would say that was a negative were those darn mosquitoes that loved both my boyfriend and me. My sister thought that the mattress in their room was a bit lumpy but ours was fine. Overall, I have no complaints and WHEN we go back to Ocho Rios, we will definitely stay at Neptune Villa again. Oh and I have to mention Brandon, the neighbor, who took us around, arranged tours, got us deals and even helped my boyfriend surprise me on my birthday! I will never forget my Jamaican vacation and my wonderful stay at Neptune.
Meg was great, as was Nordia. They were both really friendly and helped us feel at home in Ochos. It was also nice having Brandon next door as he was very helpful and friendly.
The location was great, and our favorite part was the private beach. It was fairly quiet, although there was some construction going on while we were there. There is a restaurant right next door that serves some pretty good food, and everything else is only a 5-10 minute walk away.
The villa itself was cozy, with a fully functioning kitchen. The bed was a bit lumpy, but everything else was very comfortable.
It was an overall positive experience, and I would be happy to stay there again :)
The house is nice, housekeeper was friendly and the setting is truly dreamy.
When we turned down the street this villa is on we thought it looked a little less than ideal but as we got to the end of the street and through the gate we found a paradise with the ocean at our front porch.
It was easy to get used to being within 5 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants and nightlife in the heart of Ocho Rios. The house is a great old style Jamaican beach house with a very cozy front porch and a great lawn down to the waters edge.
The water pressure, the outdoor shower and the lounge chairs on lawn was what we needed for our relaxing time away. Cold drinks and hot tasty food made it more than even expected.
During the day some party boats sail by and there is the occasional jet skier, so it is not the quietest escape, but it is still very relaxing and close to a nice drinking spot.
We love this property. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it for people looking for a great location on the beach and a fun social/nightlife.
Our stay at Neptune Villas was great. Communication with Meg was excellent and the housekeeper/guide (Nardia I think is how you pronounce her name) was very friendly. The property is in clean condition and comes equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, clean bedding, and towels you will need. The beds are average and we all slept comfortably on them. This was my first trip to Jamaica and it was nice to have Nardia there to help us get situated with food, directions, safety, and local customs. Jamaica is a very beautiful but also a poor and not fully developed country... having a local to help with your needs during your trip is a necessity. Nardia can get you pretty much anything you need and is very friendly so don't be afraid to ask :) Within walking distance from the villa are bars, restaurants, craft markets, and food markets. Meg left a list of her favorite restaurants (many of which offered delivery). The villa has a Caribbean style BBQ grill that we enjoyed cooking jerk chicken and pork on. The private beach is amazing and the water is great for a swim. When we come back to Jamaica we will be staying at Neptune Villas for sure. :)
