Located in Centro (downtown), steps from Praça da Liberdade, you can walk anywhere from the Imperial Museum, to the famous Cathedral, to the Bohemia Brewery (its awesome)!
Our apartment building is less than 5 years old, the newest building in downtown Petropolis.
My wife and I live here full time and the apartment is loaded with all of the amenities you would ever need. (we will not be living there while you are there!)
The apartment is all hardwood floor, except for the master suite, which is carpeted.
There is an open kitchen, with all gourmet stainless steel appliances for you to use.
Right off the kitchen is a large living/dining room with a full balcony overlooking the street.
The living room offers a 55" Samsung LED 3D TV, PS3, Apple TV, and SKY HDTV with almost every channel. All connected to surround sound. You wont get bored in this room! Needless to say, we also have WiFi.
Moving on down the hall there is a large office/guest room. This room has a pullout sofa and a 42" LCD TV.
Down the hall is a large bathroom with a shower.
At the end of the hall you will find the master suite. Fully carpeted with an EXTREMELY comfortable queen sized bed, this is where you want to be. This room also has a full balcony, a 40" LCD TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with shower.
If you have any questions, just let me know.
