Other Things to Note
sunny, beautiful and clean
I had the best time here! I had complete privacy to myself (and seriously, the apartment IS spacious). The apartment has everything I needed. Convenient location, and friendly neighborhood.
Towels, linens are provided. Kitchen has a four burners/oven. full fridge, and a small table for two.
Laundromat, supermarkets, delis, takeaways all around. subway 5 minutes walk away. Very easy and direct access to Manhattan.
The room is great and the bathroom is fantastic (except for the pink). The hosts were very accommodating and nice. My only advice is for potential guests to research the area and make sure it's where you want to stay. We weren't as close to where we needed to be. Great people great double bed. The second single bed isn't very comfortable but the double bed is very comfortable.
My first experience of using Airbnb was with Brooklyn Cozy. A fabulous experience. The place was clean and comfortable and Ola and Tarek were responsive and always available on the phone to help. We stayed for almost a week and had no complains. Ola even helped us get an additional round of cleaning mid week. Awesome place and close to the J line to get to manhattan.
Great value, as advertised, friendly neighbors, perfectly suited our needs for short term stay during a work project.
We had a great time! The room is sunny, clean and tidy. Ola is welcoming and easy going.
I stayed at Brooklyn Cozy for a month while I was preparing to relocate from Chicago. Brooklyn Cozy has all the basics and it's easy to get into Manhattan via the J train.
The apartment is in a Brownstone on a quiet residential street. The neighbors were friendly and many said hello as I was walking my dog.
I had a lovely stay!
Our stay at Brooklyn Cozy was super. We were there in October 2013, and the trees along the street were really pretty. Ola provided towels and linen and even found a hairdryer for me! Her and Tarik were also very kind to provide us with maps and recommendations, and apart from this, people on the street were also very kind and helpful!
Very convenient location, close to the J line which takes you past Wiliamsburg towards Manhattan, and in the other direction to JFK.
