Accessible to the city core, but quiet and private setting. Public swimming pool steps away, and free adjacent tennis courts. My resident (mostly outdoor) cat Gus, is very guest friendly. Walk to the business district, offices, downtown campuses, or use public transit.
Safe, off street parking is included.
Quiet please, after 11 pm. A house key is provided, if needed, but there is a $15 fee if it is not returned.
Rose was a wonderful host and person. The room was clean and in a comfy home. I look forward to staying with Rose again.
Just a great stay again in Kitchener. Worked long hours and Mary was there as the gracious hostess each time I got back from a long days toil.

Lorie and Rose are wonderful hosts. They are very flexible and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. I had a wonderful stay in KW and I'm looking forward to coming back. Their cat Gus was the most friendly cat I've met!
