Located centrally but in a quiet street, this elegant apartment in an old historical building is just steps away from all attractions. Eco-renovated in 2013, the apartment offers absolute comfort and is perfectly designed for both business and pleasure.
The apartment is on the high ground floor and consists of one room (20 sq.m, north side, facing the beautiful four-star hotel facade), a kitchen (south side, facing the courtyard), a spacious bathroom and small hall. All the floors are tile.
The apartment is not suitable for disabled persons or guests who may have difficulty with walking a bit uphill (2-3 min). Otherwise, its location is absolutely convenient and a great way to keep fit.
KITCHEN: induction cooktop, cooker hood, refrigerator, electric tea kettle, blender, steamer, kitchen utensils (including famous Czech porcelain). Selection of spices and tea is complimentary.
ROOM: 42" LCD SmartTV (WiFi, youtube, movies, lounge music), satellite channels, high-speed WiFi Internet, and a laptop (you can even place grocery delivery orders online!). There is a conveniently zoned lighting tailored to the guests' requirements and needs. 2 spacious wardrobes, desk, chest, armchair, floor carpet, yoga mat, blackout curtains. And you will definitely enjoy a good night’s sleep in comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses, selection of pillows (with anti-mite pillow covers), duvets, and soft bed linen.
BATHROOM: shower cabin (80x80), hair dryer, wall-hung toilet, bidet shower, bathroom accessories.
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES: washing machine, an easy-to-use vacuum cleaner, cleaning and drying facilities, iron. The apartment has an independent hot water and heating system (new Junkers gas boiler), which lets you adjust the room temperature as you need.

NO SMOKING accomodation. You are requested not to smoke in the apartment/entrance corridor.
The apartment is not serviced, however, you can order a daily cleaning locally on arrival.
Only the registered guests can stay in the apartments overnight.
Please leave the place in the state it was found. This includes washing the dishes and taking out the trash regularly unless cleaning service is ordered optionally.
The place is safe, however, the guests are kindly requested to take care of their valuables left in the accommodation and advised to close the doors and windows when going out.
As the house is located in the historical zone, please avoid any loud music or excessive noise disturbing your neighbors.
