A: We have on-site staff to help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our team does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be a security team to assist you if you arrive late.

Q: What time is the check-out policy?
A: Our default check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and is charged extra. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you can ask our team to keep it too.

Q: Do you offer Groceries / pre-stocking at the villa?
A: We can assist in buying you groceries and pre-stock the fridge before your arrival. However, there will be an additional service and delivery charge. Please let our host know one day in advance.
