Private room with a large bad in a apartment with three rooms, comfortable kitchen, bathroom and balcony on the sixt floor.
You will share the house with Siriana, a tour leader who will be glad to give you all the informations about how to travel in Italy and what to visit in Rome and Francesco, chef and owner of a nice vegetarian restaurant 10 minutes far from the apartment and of course, Spino the big cat of the house :)
The flat is quiet but it is situated in the heart of the nieghborhood PIGNETO that is one of the most famous area of Rome. Pigneto is a very picturesque nieghborhood during the day and it has an important night life.
You will find good restaurants, bar, pubs, wine-bar and clubs.
Moreover it is very close to the city center, in fact you can reach the historical centre by walking and from here you will find all the public services you need.
It is 10 minutes far from Termini station so from the main hub of the two metropolitan lines.
We also offer shuttle service from/to Ciampino Airport for 15 euros (by taxi it is 30-35 euros) and from/to Fiumicino Airport for 25 euros (by taxi it is 48-50 euros).
Maria and I had a great time in Sirianas apartment. The bedroom and bathroom met our expectations and the kitchen had plenty of space to cook...The links by bus and tram was fine.
The friend of Siriana showed us cool spots to go out. Among other things we spent a nice evening together in a squad of rome.
We liked the varied neighborhood of Pigneto with many bars and restaurants. Once we visited Siriana in her restaurant and we enjoyed an excellent vegetarian meal. Thank U

Si, mi sono trovato molto bene alla Cat's home!!
Our stay at Siriana's flat was very well, everything was perfect, the room was clean and quiet.
Moreover the apartment is well located, it's possible to walk to the city center passing through very beautiful streets without too much tourists.
Siriana was very friendly and gave us some good plans (visits, restaurants, pubs, ...).
We recommend this apartment..
We spent few nights in Sirana's apartment.
The room is clean, comfortable and in good location - there are a lot of restaurants and bars there.
Everyone that lives in the apartment was friendly and helpful - they gave us a lot of tips and great suggestions, thanks to them we saw a lot of non turistic places and enjoyed the trip a lot.
I would recommend staying in Siriana's place.
Apartment was easy enough to find although the area was a little sketchy at night. The room was nice and large. Bed was comfy and we were provided clean sheets and towels. Lots of cigarette smoke which was a bummer. Siriana was really nice and gave us lots of tips and ideas for seeing Rome in just a day. The cat was awesome! Very friendly. Only other downfall was that the hot water wasn't working, but I'm sure that's a temporary situation. All in all a pretty good experience!
La estadia fue perfecta! Super buena onda, más que recomendable. Predispuesta a orientarte en la bella Roma. Si vuelvo a Roma me gustaria regresar a su casa. El gato es un amor! Gracias Siriana.
I stayed in the apartment with my boyfriend for a few nights. Everyone that lives in the apartment was very friendly to us and we enjoyed chatting with them. We didn't see much of them, mostly just the cat. The room was very comfortable and warm. We also used the kitchen, which is very well-stocked with anything you could need to cook with. The apartment is in a young and somewhat hip neighborhood with good bars and cafes. There were also supermarkets nearby and an outdoor market down the street everyday but Sunday. It was a 30 minute walk to the Colosseum and a 45 minute walk to the center. The train station was about a 20 minute walk away. Overall, the location was great for us and I would recommend staying with Siriana, especially if your looking to see a more alternative part of Rome.
Really friendly people here - Siriana is super friendly and helpful and gave us great advice about seeing the city. Very convenient location with both a bus stop and a tram stop nearby that run to Termini (you need to go there to switch to the metro lines). Room itself is pretty decent size with a desk and big bed and plenty of room for suitcases and such. Bathroom is also solid. If you let the cat go in your room, it will get fur all over the place and all over your stuff and will lay on the bed, but of course it is very very cute and friendly so maybe it is worth it :)
Stayed two nights
