Hi! Fabio's apartment was nice and the location was great! Having a terrace on a visit to Rome is a must.
On winter months, we recommend that you check how to use the heater. We had some mild problems with it, but when you get to know how to use it, it works fine.
A part from little challenges with the heater, we highly recommend to stay at Fabio's.

This space is adorable!! Perfect tuscan setting close to the heart of Roma. Has all the necessities you need, more than anything the space is well thought out and very clean.
Fabio met us with the keys no problem even despite my communication error and was very hospitable. Overall its was a great private space and I would recommend for anyone to stay here.
We loved Fabio's apartment in Trastevere - it is beautifully and thoughtfully renovated (we especially liked the clever vintage-style light fittings and sleeping mezzanine with custom-made stairs). It was also pristine clean, with nice touches such as a well-equipped kitchen area, plenty of good-sized white towels and a decent hairdryer. Set back in a courtyard off a quiet peaceful street, it is nevertheless very handy for the restaurants and shops around S. Maria del Trastevere and a pleasant walking distance from the river and city centre attractions. Fabio came to give us the keys and a friendly welcome. A great place to stay for a city break, thoroughly recommended.
Really nice stay for the we.
The appartement is quite cosy and decorated with good taste.
We had the current that short-circuit and a simple call to Fabio did the trick.
would definitively come back to this place.
The nearby streets are quite calm and you are close to the center.
We were quite content in this well-designed small space with its sweet terrace for the week we spent in Rome. Great cooking equipment (although stove top only allows use of 1 pot at a time, unless both are very small), wonderfully comfortable bed, good shower, clean and attractive, great location, and very quiet at night. The neighborhood is wonderful and we walked to everything, but buses are close by if you need them. We enjoyed locally for food to cook. Only negative is a musty smell evident when one returns at the end of the day and the windows have been closed; the smell recedes when you open the windows and there is no evidence of actual mold in this first floor apartment in an old building. Happily, the windows can even be open when it rains. I am allergic to mold and did not have any problem with the windows open, but the mustiness would have been a problem for me if cold weather had necessitated closed windows. We're nimble 70-hr-olds and had no problem with the stairwell to the terrace, but it does require careful navigation near the top.
Such a nice we ! Fabio's appartment is cute, lovely and perfectly located - animation is very close with good restaurants, bars while the appart street is so quiet so you can enjoy having fun and relaxing.
The appart is perfect for a romantic we !
Fabio's apartment was lovely and well appointed. It appeared exactly the same as it did in the photos. The apartment felt safe and the neighbourhood was lovely. Very close to the main tourist areas of Rome. However, we sent a couple of emails to Fabio before we arrived that went unanswered and we weren't advised that he wasn't going to meet us in person (sending someone else in his place) until we arrived at the apartment - this was a little disappointing, but our stay was still very pleasant and had no problems.
Trastevere is a wonderful neighborhood, growing in popularity with tourists and Romans. Because of this we were happy to be just a few blocks off the main street.
The little apartment suited our needs with it's good location, wifi, kitchen for cooking and believe it or not, a comfortable bed. It's only a mattress and with previous experience with this type of bed, we were a little concerned when we arrived, but it was actually very comfortable and we both slept very well.
The shower has good water pressure and hot water!
We loved the terrace, but never had a chance to enjoy it.
If you're tall, like my boyfriend, be careful walking down the hall from the street to the apartment, he bumped his head badly, twice !
Our host Fabio was very kind and the apartment looks just like the photos, it's quirky, and we lived it!
Fabio's loft is as described, very sweet and compact.
