Delicious Loft 35 mq newly renovated. It is located in the heart of Trastevere near Piazza Trilussa, Via della Scala, and is ideal for those who want to enjoy the nightlife and historic value/cultural center.
Trastevere is one of the most lively and characteristic areas of the city. Offers typical Roman restaurants, markets, cinemas, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops and stores of all kinds.
On foot you can easily reach all the other historic districts of Rome, such as S. Peter, Vatican Museum, Campo dei Fiori, the Tiber Island and the Ghetto, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia / Imperial Forum, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum etc etc.
Even traveling from the airport are very simple thanks to a special train that connects Fiumicino and with the "Trastevere station."
The apartment is styled in an industrial plant floor overlooking a courtyard. E 'consists of a living room with kitchenette, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a small terrace overlooking the rooftops of Trastevere, very suggestive.

Other Things to Note
The check-in is from 11.00 am to 8.00 pm
I'll be waiting in Rome! :)
Fabio's place in Trastevere is the perfect little apartment for a short break in Rome. Right in the heart of a lovely area with plenty of restaurants and bars a stones throw away, but quiet peaceful in the stylish apartment. Thanks Fabio
Fabio was very nice in the communication and arranged our preferred check-in time perfectly. The apartment has a super nice location, for us the most beautiful district in Rome.
The flat itself is as described and on the pictures.
We had a very nice stay and would always come back.
Fabio's place is exactly as described, it's a lovely little loft apartment in Trastevere which was definitely my favorite part of the city. The area is buzzing at night with so many great restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes walk away - but at the same time it is completely peaceful both in the flat and on the terrace.
I'm 6ft 4 and the bed had plenty of space for me, the low ceilings didn't cause any problems at all apart from being a bit of a squeeze getting out to the rooftop terrace.
The apartment has everything you will need as a base for exploring Rome, we didn't spend much time here as there was so much to do in the city but it has all the facilities to cook breakfast or dinner if you wanted to stay in.
There is a heating and air conditioning system too which is great if you are too hot or too cool - it did get quite cool in the evenings but the heater is in a good location for warming up the mezzanine/bed area.
We arrived earlier than check in but were able to leave our bags at the apartment while Julie, the very friendly lady who was doing the cleaning, finished her work. When we returned, the apartment was very neat and clean. The space is very small but well equipped and organized. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the plumbing almost immediately. We left Fabio, who we never ended up seeing, a voice message, and when we got no response, a text, to which he responded with an apology and stating he would try to get a plumber. After that we never heard back from him, although the leaking water was so bad that we could not even use the sink. We ended up leaving early Tuesday because we could not even use the shower. All in all a disappointing experience!
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. But it is not true that I have not responded to your message, I called right away and tried a solution, but unfortunately was the feast of Easter and it was very difficult to find a plumber, which in any case the plumber came in the morning after your report. Unfortunately these things that should never happen, but unfortunately it does happen....
Wir würden sofort wieder hier her zurück kehren :)
