We rent a nice apartment in a 16th c. building right in the heart of the historic center of Montepulciano, pearl of the Renaissance.
70 square meters house to feel like being living in the history!
A large double room (with a third bed if necessary), a single room, a leaving room with fireplace, a kitchen (with 2 windows overlooking the landscape) and a bathroom.
One of the great features of this house is its brightness. This is due to its location (second floor of the building).
As you walk out of the building you will find yourself on the main "Corso" where all the shops, restaurants, bars and wineries are. You just need to walk to reach everything you need.
I'm the owner and I live in the same building, I perfectly speak english and it would be a pleasure for me to help you out with information and to provide you with suggestions so that you will be able to live your holiday at the best!

My family had a wonderful stay for nearly four weeks in Montepulciano, and Tiziana and Marino were very helpful, friendly and informative hosts! Tiziana stayed in close contact months out from our arrival to keep us updated, and I really appreciated little things such as ensuring the Wifi was working, giving us information about local restaurants and horseriding (both of which we used!). My daughter turned 10 while there, and loved the little gift from them, as well as the farewell gift!!
Minor things such as not having an actual oven were overcome.
I highly recommend Tiziana as a host, and Montepulciano as a travel destination - though the difference between mid and low season was quite noticable!!
The real historical house in Tuscany! it was very pleasant to us to spend there time!
What an amazing and beautiful stay I had in montepulciano because of Tiziana and her husband and their gorgeous apartment. They really went above and beyond to welcome me - from picking me up at the train station, a a home baked cake on arrival, and excellent tips and help with making the most of my stay. The apartment is in a gorgeous old building with the best view you could find. It's spacious, impeccably clean, equipped with everything you could need and in an unbeatable location. Even with all the mod cons, however, it retains it's lovely Tuscan charm so you feel like you are experiencing the true Italy - what an absolute treat and privilege to stay here!
Apartment is comfortable, full of light and right on main shopping street. Wonderful views and windows that open. I stayed 9 days and enjoyed the space very much. Two major drawbacks, however. The apt is 80 stairs up, 4 staircases. The first 3 are fine, but final one is very worn, uneven terra cotta tiles and unlit at night should you return late. It is very precarious. Other drawback is that apt water is not drinkable and only a small bottle is provided at check-in. You will need to purchase water.
