The entire top floor is yours — a fully self-contained penthouse with a completely separate private entrance, so you come and go entirely on your own terms with no shared spaces or common areas.
Check-in is simple and personal. Your key will be ready upon arrival, and we'll be there to welcome you and make sure you're settled in comfortably. Just let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can be there to greet you.
A dedicated parking spot is reserved for you directly behind the house.
Other things to note
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and checkout by 10:00 AM. Please inspect the apartment on arrival and notify us immediately of any existing damage or issues so we can address them right away.
Quiet hours are strictly 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM every day, including on balconies and in shared areas. Parties and loud music after 10 PM are not permitted — neighbor complaints or police involvement will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Only guests listed in the booking may stay at the property. Hvar authorities enforce this strictly and fines for unregistered guests are significant. Upon arrival, please bring all passports downstairs for the mandatory registration with the Hvar Tourist Office.
Please turn off the AC, lights, and all appliances when leaving the apartment. Garbage bins are located behind the house — please dispose of waste daily and avoid leaving open food in the apartment.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout their stay. The host is not liable for lost, stolen, or forgotten items. In exceptional circumstances, the host reserves the right to enter the apartment to prevent damage or danger in the guest's absence.
