  • Susan was our first time using Air BnB, and wow did she set the bar high! She was so accommodating with our schedule, showed us on the map of the great places to go to around Santiago, let us know the most economical way of getting to her place, and was the most gracious hostess all around. Plus, she treated us to great wine and conversation during one night, plus made the BEST homemade breads and breakfast during our stay. She has two very loving cats, as well, which became one of the highlights of our trip. The room is clean and has a great view of the Andes, and we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you Susan!! :)

  • I made a last minute reservation with Susan because I wasn't able to get a room at the Hotel Intercontinental (which is 4 blocks away). Lucky for me, I found Susan's listing and she replied quickly so I was good to go.

I had a much better trip staying at Susan's than I would've had at a hotel or anywhere else in the area. The apartment is beautiful and has a awesome view of the city and the Andes. I really enjoyed coming home after a long day of work and feeling the fresh area breeze through the apartment. It was very refreshing and relaxing.

I was working all week so I didn't have much time to sightsee, but Susan helped me plan my one day of walking around Santiago. She gave me good suggestions of where to visit to and where to eat. I ended up traveling the city by myself and had a great day seeing a lot (La Moneda Palace, Cerro Santa Lucia, Plaza de Armas, National History Museum, and all the architecture along the way).

It was a great week in Santiago and really convenient, safe, and simple to stay with Susan. I would love to stay there again.

  • What an amazing apartment, unbelievable view, beautifully appointed and very clean. Wish we had had more time. The owner left lots of material about Santiago and the area around the apartment which was very helpful for our short visit. The pictures on line do not do it justice as it was more than we had expected.

  • The location was very good to the Las Condes area. There is a nice park for walking across the road. Sue was a great host and the room was comfortable with a nice sitting room/balcony overlooking the mountains.

  • Susan is a superb hostess. The room is spotless and fresh, the beds are sound, the view from the private balcony of Cerro San Cristobal and the cordillera is breath taking. Then add in the bonus of having a host who knows the local customs, the best way to get from point A to B. I've stayed here twice now and I have found a new home every time I come to Santiago.

  • Hi,
A friend and I only stayed over at Susan´s place for one night, but we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Susan´s place was very clean and near and she was wondeful in helping us see some of the sights of Santiago.

If you are in Santiago, definitely stay with Susan.

  • Susan and her cats are excellent hosts! Susan was very communicative before, during and after my stay. The view from her apartment is fantastic! The building is very secure. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

Susan offers nice, little unexpected touches, for example, she greeted me when I arrived with a nice platter of cheese and bread. Her place is immaculate! For breakfast, she offers many choices, such as yogurt, sweet bread (cake), fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee/tea, option for eggs.

The room I stayed in is comfortable, had a view and plenty of storage space if you want to unpack. Susan gave me plenty of tips for places to visit. She even walked me to the bus stop for the tour bus. I enjoyed my chats with Susan. She is a very caring person and was a pleasure to stay with. I highly recommend her place.

  • The room is very private, with great views. The apartment is very clean, breakfast is good and the cats are very friendly. Location is excellent.
Susan is a superb hostess and I happily recommend her to everybody visiting Santiago.
