Villa Sawahku is a brand-new private villa with pool, with fully enclosed living area with AC, offering 2 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with sofa, dining area and an incredible view onto rice terrasses. Located in Canggu’s quiet parts, 15min drive from the beach, our property is also fully staffed and provides 24/7 Concierge services, support and assistance throughout your stay.

The space
Villa Sawahku is a brand new private Villa located in a quiet and secluded part of Canggu, only 10-15min drive away from the Beach.
Our property offers a spacious living & dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen, is perfect to cook (or have someone cook for you) any kind of meals! All of which is a view onto the rice field behind the villa and onto the private swimming pool outside.
It also provides 2 spacious and comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable large bed, a closet, and its own ensuite bathroom offering full privacy.
On the second floor accessible from the stairs next to the pool, you will find a spacious patio / roof top area, perfect place to take in the sun light, or enjoy a drink at sunset.
Our villa is located in a peaceful and quiet part of Canggu, a short drive away from the busy streets and 10-15min to the beach.
It is also fully staffed with daily cleaning 6 day per week, pool & garden maintenance 2-3 times per week, and provides Concierge services, support & assistance 24/7.

Guest access
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

• HOW CAN I PARK?
Kindly note that the parking space is limited and best suited for a small city car. We recommend contacting us in advance to check if your vehicle is suitable, as we generally advise using a compact city car for convenience.

• HOW CAN I ORGANIZE SOME SERVICES DURING MY STAY?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.

• CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let me know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).

• DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES?
We can assist you into bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.

• SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER MOSQUITOES, INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.

Villa Sawahku is nestled in a newly developed neighborhood next to the beautiful rice fields of Tumbak Bayuh. It’s a peaceful hideaway, just 10-15 minutes from the lively center of Canggu. Since the villa and the alley are brand new, the road is still a work in progress, but it’s perfectly accessible by car. Just a heads up, the alley can be a bit dark at night due to limited lighting, so please take care. Within a quick 5-minute drive, you'll find some delightful cafes and restaurants to be explored.
