I expect you, dear guest, to enjoy my apartment and to treat it as if it were your own. While the apartment is a private unit, it's in a multi-unit apartment building, so common courtesy to neighbors regarding noise is expected and appreciated.
No pets or smoking in the apartment, please.

Our experience was so true to what everyone else has commented: a dream. Everything is taken care of here and Alanna is more than the perfect host, even leaving us a beautiful congratulations nite and a bottle of champagne in the fridge to have when we returned from our wedding interstate! The apartment itself is stunning, homely, and comfortable. We travel a lot and this is a home we hope to keep coming back to in the future. Thank you so much, Alanna!
From the first moment we met Alanna made us feel at home. In real estate location is everything and this unit is perfectly located across from ft mason park and near the water. The apartment is wonderfully equipted with everything one needs. There are many good surprises Alanna leaves for her guest. We hope to come back and be friends for many years to come. Highly recommend
Alanna was very welcoming and waiting to greet us and even helped with the luggage, which was very much appreciated. The apartment was exactly as advertised and the helpful provisions, such as breakfast offerings, really helped us at the beginning of our stay when we were still settling in. The apartment was centrally located and perfect for us to play tourist. The bed was very comfortable and gave us a wonderful nights sleep to the point we had to set the alarm to wake up. We would highly recommend the accommodation and San Francisco as a place to visit. Thank you so much Alanna for looking after us so well. Terry and Julie
I couldn't believe the location of this apartment! Perfect for walking most of SF. In a vintage building, with all the SF charm and a view of the Golden Gate Bridge, it was just lovely. Alanna is a great host, she thought of everything. Chocolates by the bed, complimentary beverages in the fridge, breakfast food, a Keurig coffee maker with cups, a book with maps, restaurant tips. We asked about parking, and she offered garage space. We loved staying in Alanna's place.
This apartment could not have been more perfect. It was conveniently located for great walking, shopping and bus stops. The apartment was well furnished and charming with great views of Fort Mason and of the Golden Gate Bridge. Alanna provided many more amenities than I expected -- there was not a thing she overlooked! I stayed for a month so cooked often. The kitchen was well stocked with basic tools and supplies. The building was quiet and the bed comfy, so sleeping was excellent. Alanna was a perfect hostess. She even set up an air bed for guests who came to stay with me for a couple of days. I was delighted to have rented such an excellent place!!
Alanna was the perfect host. She met us at the apartment (despite our having changed our arrival time at the eleventh hour), made us feel very welcome, and took the time to show us around. She left snacks in the fridge and even some local chocolate. She answered a texted question we had right away and, as we were there over Christmas, left a lovely gift of cookies at our door on Christmas morning! She was really great. As I said, the perfect host. Alanna actually lives in the same building, which is quite reassuring. The apartment - which is much bigger than it seems in the photographs - is wonderfully situated for a fantastic stay in the heart of San Francisco. It has everything you could need for a great vacation. Which is what we had. We wouldn't hesitate for a moment to stay there a again.
Fantastic, Alanna is the perfect host, the apartment exceeded our expectations and great location. Nice having breakfast ( with the great Keurig coffee!!) with view of the Golden Gate Bridge!
