There is an assortment of teas and condiments available in the cupboards. As I know different people have different dietary needs and preferences there is no breakfast included. There are a number of markets nearby including the new public market on the ground floor to pick up some items to cook.
The building is a comprehensive rehabilitation of the historic Bay building in Victoria which was originally opened in 1921, and reopened after a condo conversion in 2010. This loft style condo has been redesigned to maintain the heritage of the oldest trading company in Canada. The loft style is unique to downtown Victoria with 17 foot high ceilings and huge heritage windows. The condo is cooled and heated with geothermal energy. It is located right downtown, so beware there is occasional street noise (typical of any inner city condo.)

You will get to meet me at check-in to show you the condo, after that I'm available on call if you have any questions.
The Victoria Public Market is on the main level of the building and offers many dining and grocery options for guests.
Bus stops are directly in front of the building with routes to all over town. Downtown is within walking distance.
-ID required at check-in; at least one guest must be over 25+
-Strict quiet hours after 10pm
-No parties and no more than 2 guest in the unit please
-No smoking, $500 min cleaning fee for any signs of smoking
-I don't charge a cleaning fee, but I ask guest to leave the unit as tidy as possible. There is a maid service will take care of washing the linens and cleaning the bathroom. I ask guests to clean any surfaces, washing dishes and cleaning kitchen. If the unit is left excessively unclean or kitchen is not clean there will be a $40/hour cleaning fee taken from the deposit.
