Accommodation in Radouane’s was… Well, ok. At first I’d like to say that I haven’t met Radouane so far. His Riads (houses) in Marrakech have their own receptionists. Our host was Karim then. He was also ok but don’t expect some extra hospitality. Everything there cost money and running a riad seems to be very good business for them. You can order tea, coffee, diner or even some tourist trip and prices are very close to those you would expect in hotel. However the level of accommodation doesn’t match it. Everything was pretty clean but not very nice. There were holes in walls or floors just covered by paint or rugs. Toilet was floating (if there was even enough pressure in pipes) and supported by a piece of paper so it can’t wobble. When someone from riad wanted to have a shower upper floors couldn’t (also because of small pressure). You could say that we should have known how the riad looks like so we can’t complain but that’s another thing. When we arrived we were waiting by the front door expecting someone to come out. When I called Radouane he told me that the riad we ordered is two months closed already. Then after 15 minutes Karim came by and walked us into completely different house from the one we ordered. Well later we found out that it doesn’t matter anyway. Pictures that Radouane shows on AirBnb are mixed together so even the house we stood by could not have been the one from the picture. Last day we returned from a desert trip we bought and Karim was waiting for us telling that we should probably move to another riad because Dutch family took the whole house and it wouldn’t be comfortable for us to stay there with them. He was right. Family seemed to be very noisy and not very tidy so we packed our things quickly and were moved to another riad for our last night. Again. We ordered a taxi to the airport through Karim for next morning at half past 7 and asked if it’s possible to have a breakfast at 7 o’clock. We were told that it is not. Then I tried to rebook our taxi on 7 o’clock because of some problems that were expected on the airport. We were told that they’ll try and tell us. Nobody told us. In the morning we had one extra half hour to sit in the lobby with our luggage waiting for the taxi and watching four Japanese girls having their breakfast (so it was possible). Finishing positively – the desert trip was pretty good. Anna and Jakub

Radouane's riad is great. It's tucked deep away in the souk and is a very cool place to sleep if you want an authentic experience. Facilities were great and Rodouane was a really nice and helpful host. I definitely recommend this place :)

We had a great time at Riad Eva! Radouane is super nice, communication was very easy and everything from pick-up to farewell went very well. The Riad is just beautiful! Everything is clean, the rooms are pretty "cool", given that it gets plus 40 degress celsuis outside. At night it's very quiet and you can get a good night's sleep, although you're technically in the middle of the buzzling medina - so great location. the breakfast is very delicious is being served on the beautiful roof top. All in all a great visit and highly recommendable!
