The home also boasts two full bathrooms, both thoughtfully designed with modern fixtures and plenty of natural light, providing a spa-like experience to refresh after a day of exploring.

Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway, and additional cars can be parked along the street. Please do not park in the adjacent open area, as it belongs to another property. The garage is temporarily inaccessible. While Monte Rio is a walkable riverside town, we recommend having a car to explore the surrounding area, including nearby redwood trails, beaches, and wineries. The scenic roads in this region also make for beautiful cycling routes. Whether you're headed to the coast, the forest, or a tasting room, most destinations are just a short, peaceful drive away.
