The home is located at the border of Lowry Hills and Kenwood. These are two of the most affluent neighborhoods in Minneapolis. The homes in the area are stunning! Walk around the Tudor, Victorian and Colonial mansions. The neighborhood is close to downtown and has easy access to the highway. Situated near Lake of the Isles, the streets are quiet and tree lined.

-'The Kenwood' is a great local spot for brunch or dinner with a fantastic 'farm to table' menu.

There is no better location in Minneapolis.

Eliza was an excellent host and made us feel so welcome! This is a beautiful and spacious apartment in a lovely neighborhood and close to a number of great Minneapolis attractions. I would definitely stay here again!
My husband and I rented Eliza's apartment for a Christmas visit to Minneapolis. We are familiar with the area having lived there for many years. The space was nice and homey. Kind of like having a home of our own while we were traveling. I would recommend it to a family also. Lots of space to get together, and more importantly, to get away from one another as needed. Comfortable mattresses and clean.
Great location and apartment with fantastic amenities. Eliza was a fantastic host and worked with my arrival changes day of! Would stay here again.
Absolutely would recommend! I am a Minneapolis resident, and chose this property to host my family based on its location; I knew it was in the right place, but was thrilled that the space was so functional and well-appointed. An upstairs unit in a lovely part of town.
We rented this space for a long-weekend family reunion for 2 single adult children, and two boomer (separated) parents. The condo gave us all enough room for ourselves and was a welcoming space for us to be together. The layout allows for early risers to get up, make coffee, and sit with the tv without disturbing those still sleeping (or in the opposite direction: stay up with a glass of wine and good conversation while others sleep soundly).
We were in the space during a very cold spell in December (windchill - 18), and the home was warm, no drafts, and we could control the temperature ourselves. The beds were comfy and cozy, plenty of pillows and extra blankets available. The cabinets were stocked with spices so that we could cook at home. And Eliza was generously flexible with allowing me to stop in early to pick up the key for the unit since I happened to be in the area.
The family is already talking about their next visit!
Great place with lots of room
The bedrooms were spacious and well decorated
The kitchen had all of the amenities to make a nice dinner
It was close to shopping and restaurants
Nice, clean place. Around the corner to the Walker. In a quiet residential neighborhood. Don't think the listing mentions this, but it is on the second floor of a duplex apartment. Thumbs up!
Great host, great place - would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!
The apartment was great and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend!
Just as advertised, hassle free with no surprises.
Everything was clean, easy and accessible. Very centrally located to downtown.
