This is a 3 bedroom apartment, so be aware there may be someone else staying in one of the rooms during your stay. For this room, that does mean you may have to share the bathroom if anyone has rented the other room (the third room does have a private bathroom), however, it is scheduled to be remodeled in mid December 2014 and is professionally cleaned every other week. If you are worried about the potential of other guests, you can always book out the two rooms! I also just adopted a dog, so this may not be the best place if you have pet allergies.
The bar: I pride myself in having a relatively well stocked bar, and I'd like to keep it that way! Feel free to utilize the bar during your visit, but be sure to leave something else for others to enjoy.
Lastly, have fun! If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to let me know!
Jeff was an excellent host and the bed was very comfortable. The place was very cozy and I believe I've made a friend for life.
Couldn't have went better for me. I highly recommend.
The house was well kept and Jeff did a good job of making sure we had everything we needed
Staying at Jeff's house was like staying with a friend. The private room and associated common areas were exactly as described. I got to meet Jeff and a few of his friends one night; everyone was very nice and welcoming. It is apparent that Jeff want his guests to have a good time during their stay and is quite sociable, but also gives their own space when needed.
This property is easy to find, and easy to come and go from WP resort, or the associated towns. Time to the WP lots is 10 minutes. Parking is a breeze. I spent the majority of my time over at the resort, but Jeff certainly has a well stocked kitchen and bar, areas to hang out and chat, watch TV, etc. The shared bathroom was clean and well maintained. The room was also clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a private room in Winter Park. Finally, as Jeff stated, he has a dog, who is beautiful and very sociable.
The place was nice, comfy bed was a great discription! Jeff wasn't there but he sounds like a cool guy. Good location close to town.
Great place. Awesome location. Extremely helpful and flexible host. Definitely will be back again.
Jeff was a very friendly host.
He was helpful with the area nightlife, skiing, and even loaded my beer into the keg-a-rator:)
Accommodations are comfy and have everything you need.
His dog Zea was sweet but likes to get your feet:)
Good location: 2min drive to restaurants. 10min drive to Winterpark resort.

About the Host, Jeff
I just started an online retail business, Moonshine Distiller (AirBnB won't let me put the web address, so Google it if you're curious). Brewing has really taken off in the past couple decades, and I would love to see distilling do the same. The first step is getting people involved in it!
Skiing is amazing. It is the one thing I have loved unconditionally since I was 1. And now I do it for a living.
Biking, also something I have loved forever (since I was 3, without training wheels). And now I do it for a living.
Whitewater boating, also something I have loved (since I was 8). And now I do it for a living.
I really enjoy hanging out with people and having a good time, being social and all, but at the same time I am just as content to being solitary.
I am very passionate about the music I like.
I love the outdoors.
I love beer and can appreciate all forms of it; good/bad, expensive/cheap, or dark/light. If there is a beer on tap that I have not had, you can bet I will be trying it.
I often like to make life more difficult for myself.
I am thrifty.
When I ask people, "If I were an animal, what would I be?" The most common response is an eagle/falcon/hawk or a cheetah.
I love different cultures, which is why I love traveling and hosting people.
I love to cook. I love to make beer. I love being my own handyman. I just enjoy doing things myself.
