We are a small riad based in one of the most highly desirable neighbourhoods in the heart of the Marrakesh Medina.

Now under new management, Riad Eva offers a tranquil R&R retreat and is both couples and family friendly. The Riad is located in the highly sought-after Moulay Abdel Kader neighborhood off of Derb Debachi, which is only a 3 minute walk to Jemma El Fna Square in the Heart of the Old Medina. Although all the action of Marrakech is right outside your doorstep, you will feel completely a world-away from the hustle and bustle of the medina in this quiet, friendly and tranquil neighborhood.
The rooms of the Riad are of the traditional inwards facing style, offering a surprising degree of privacy and seclusion from the outside world.
The Riad features 4 double on-suite bedrooms, 1 triple en-suite bedroom and 1 two-bedroom terrace suite. All of the rooms open onto a traditional Moroccan open-plan courtyard with a large two-tier rooftop sun terrace with multiple seating options. The Riad features a traditional, tasteful rustic Moroccan decor throughout.
This listing is for the 2nd floor 'Marrakech Suite' and features a double master bedroom with chaise lounge connecting to an en-suite shower room. A second adjoining room features a private fireplace with an additional single bed, with chaise lounger. Access to the en-suite bathroom is through the Master bedroom. Both bedrooms open directly onto the 2nd floor sun-terrace. A communal Turkish toilet is additionally located on the 1st floor landing for guest use if required. This room is not air-conditioned, but a powerful 130w fan is supplied.

Refreshments and evening meals can be taken on the ground floor courtyard, or on the patio terrace and can be ordered from the staff. Evening meal requests must be ordered by midday. The top patio terrace features wrap-around views of Marrakesh and the Atlas mountains on clear days. Individual and couples hammams, massage and spa treatments, a variety of excursions, henna tattoos, and official souk guides can be arranged by the English speaking live-in staff on request.
Our business partner is a life-long resident of Marrakech and can accommodate any additional requests for help or information in French or Arabic if required. Our local connections make us ideally suited to help you make the most of your trip to Marrakech.
The Riad is a 30 minute transfer from Marrakech (RAK) airport and 10 minutes by taxi to the most popular attractions in Marrakech including Marjorelle Gardens and Jardin de l'Agdal.
The Downstairs open-air courtyard lounging area opens onto a communal salon with Satellite TV. WiFI access is available on the ground floor courtyard.
EXCURSIONS- We can offer a wide range of excursions to various different places like the Cascades, desert trips and other destinations. Please ask us when you arrive and we will be happy to tell you what is available.
Derb Dabachi is a main and historical area for all Moroccans. A vestige of the influence of the sixteenth century is contained in the name of Derb Dabachi district,

TAXI PICK-UP- We can have you collected from almost anywhere in Marrakech and brought directly to the Main Square where I would meet you if you require. Just email me for prices.
The access to the kitchen is for staff only. Please inform us on a departure earlier than 8.00am or on a late arrival after 11.00pm, we may be able to offer early/late check-in/out depending on availability on the day, please ask.
Access to the house is not permitted to local people you might have met during your trip or in town. If you have foreign friends staying in town then they are allowed to access the house in the public ares only (not in the rooms).
