Independent Studio of 15m2, is located in a flat on the 2nd floor ( without elevator ) which has its own mini kitchen and private Bathroom!!
It is newly reformed in a building of more than 100 years.
The window opens in a interior courtyard. Equipped with ceiling fan and heating system.
It is ideal for a couple or 2 persons.
There is a double bed as it can be seen in the photos
and a complete bathroom. The room is simply furnished and is comfortable and very centrally located.
Kitchen area: is equipped with ,induction cook top, microwave and mini fridge.
All the necessary utensils, plates, glasses and pots are present.
Very well connected with Metro ( underground train ) and bus stop, only about 500meters from this apartment. Just walking distance from a lot of important historical and cultural places. The beach is just 20minutes walk. The world famous Ramblas is just 2 minutes walk from here.
Bed: 1 double bed, with bed side tables and lamps!
Kitchen: is equipped with basic items, electric induction cooker, microwave and fridge.
All the necessary utensils, plates, glasses and pots are present.

Noise is not permitted in the house or in the STAIRS.
Guests are expected to enjoy their stay and feel at home. The important point is not to disturb the neighbours.
The keys are given to the guest and the explanation of how things functions in the studio. It is always a pleasure to explain them whatever they may like to know.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT and BEHAVIOUR:-
All our apartments are in residential buildings which means that the owner has strict house rules which must be followed by all guests. As of respect to the neighbours we do not allow any loud music or any disturbing noise in general as well as any invited guests or parties. Liability for the owner with regards to complaints which result in FINES and PENALTIES are to be covered in full by the client responsible for the disturbance. Furthermore, please, be careful when entering the staircase: do not slam the doors or make noise when arriving and leaving the apartment.

cancellation initiated by the owner will entitle the client to a refund of his or her pre payment ex his or her transfer costs.
If the apartment is for any reason not in rental condition at the time of arrival, ie in the case of damage, such as leakage (or any other conditions making the apartment un-liveable), the owner has the right to cancel a booking for this specific apartment and reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion.
If an alternative apartment is not available the owner will then refund the pre-payment.
the owner will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
Please advice us before hand of your arrival and departure time.
Upon arrival at the airport please call the number stated in the confirmation email, to advice the owner about your arrival which will give them time to travel to the apartment to be there for your arrival. If you experience any delays please notify the owner at your earliest convenience.
In case of any problems or non satisfaction with the apartment this needs to be reported as soon as possible to the owner. We can only amend the problem by being informed about it. If a claim is submitted after the departure, we would not be able to compensate you. With specific regards to the apartments cleanliness, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the condition of the apartment the owner requires that you inform immediately so this can be rectified. Claims made after departure will not be considered.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of breach of this rule only one third of deposit will be refunded, the remainder will be used to pay the special deodorization of the apartment.
Our apartments are non-smoking apartments: if you are a smoker, you are only allowed to smoke on the balcony! Please, respect this as the following clients might be non-smokers or allergic to smoke. Please, do not throw cigarette butts down into the street or patios.

Please note as indicated on our web site, that if you arrive to the apartment after 21h we have to add an additional check in fee, the fees are as follows:
After 21.00 : 20,00 EUR
After 23.00 : 30.00 EUR

When leaving the apartment, please, turn off all electric equipment such as air conditioning and fans as well as switching off all lights, Televisions and music since we try to conserve energy. Furthermore, please, take down the garbage; you can leave the garbage on the street next to the main door, ONLY FROM (phone number hidden) every day.
When you leave the apartment, please, remember your keys: the doors slam and without the key, you cannot enter the apartment! You can contact the owner in order to gain access to the apartment. In case you loose the keys, the owner will deduct 25 € from the damage deposit for each set of keys (website hidden) case you loose your keys, you must inform the owner immediately!
A detailed copy of the house rules will be present in each apartment. Please, read them carefully since in case of failure to follow the the owner house rules, you will loose the 150 euro deposit paid upon arrival and be asked to leave the apartment without compensation. You may also be liable to pay disturbance fines.
The owner is not responsible for any personal damages or injuries which may occur during your stay in the apartment, the client indemnifies the owner from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from the booking, event or function, the client, guests or any outside contractors of the Client.
The owner will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its control: Force Majeur which includes acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, strikes, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, snow conditions, lift closures, road closures, floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government (website hidden) such cases, the owner reserves the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion; if an alternative apartment is not available the owner will then return the pre-payment. The owner will do its best to assist the client to find a suitable solution of alternative accommodation, but will by no means be held responsible to do so.
The owner does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, luggage and other personal belongings from the apartments.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the clients, their guests or sub-contractors and will pay to the owner the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
The damage deposit will be held until the amendment of damages has been rectified.

The owner reserve the right to amend the conditions at any time and inform the tenant.

We stayed for 6 days and found the location was excellent for enjoying all that Barcelona has to offer.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 3 jours à Barcelone dans l'appartement idéalement situé d'Ibilola. Que se soit pour se balader dans les rues du quartier gothique (et même plus loin) ou pour prendre le métro, tout est à proximité. L'appartement est sommaire mais largement suffisant pour passer quelque jour à Barcelone. Cependant, on doit souligner qu'il doit être un peu étouffant en cas de grande chaleur malgrè le ventilateur de plafond.
Nos encantó el dpto. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y la ubicación es inmejorable!! Ibilola es súper amable. Recomendable 100%!
Ontvangen in de straat bij de voordeur van het appartementsgebouw. Kamer was nog niet helemaal gereed vanwege het late vertrek van de vorige gasten. Tassen konden we achterlaten en kregen uitleg over het (website hidden) een brunch in de buurt kwamen we terug in een schoon en opgeruimd appartementje. Super!
Je hebt echt je eigen prive appartementje in Barcelona. Eenvoudig keukentje en douche/toilet geven je de vrijheid. Geen verhuurder achter een gordijntje, gewoon je eigen ding kunnen doen.
The apartment was in a perfect location. It was just as pictured in the ad, and everything was clean and tidy.
Ibilola é stata puntuale, precisa e gentile con noi. L' accoglienza migliore che ci potessimo aspettare! L'appartamento era pulitissimo, fornito di tutto il necessario e in una zona centralissima. Abbiamo apprezzato che Ibilola ci abbia lasciato tenere le valigie in casa anche dopo il checkout, fissato per le 10am, cosi che siamo riusciti a dare un ultimo saluto alla città prima di andare in aeroporto.
