I stayed at the apartment for one month. Although I didn't see Felipe personally, his colleague Dante, who works at the same agency as Felipe, was very helpful and whenever I needed an advice or some help, he was always responding and coming at once.
The apartment needs to be cleaned properly, paint needs to be refreshed, and it also needs some repairs. It looks differently, than in photos, I believe those were taken right after the renovation which was I believe some 4 years ago. There was a CONSTANT TROUBLE with the hot water cause the water/gas pressure falls down and it stops working right while you shower. Although when it gets back to normal, you can continue, half frozen though. The washing machine was kinda fixed when I asked for that but anyway it was not working correctly (only 3 programs working and non of them is washing actually), thus I had to go to the launderette on the next street. Actually after a week of battling with the issues in the apartment, then I got somehow accustomed.
Pluses: it's quiet at night, secure, well located, the entrance to the house and the elevator is renovated. Very nice, calm and supportning neighbors.
Minuses: READ CAREFULLY THE CONDITIONS AND DETAILS - no internet, no towels, pillows need to be changed, long term means you have to pay gas, electricity and water bills (mine were around €100), no air-conditioning, it needs a proper heater, hot water and the washing machine must be fixed. Half of the lights are either working 50%, or not working. There's a church tower right to the double bedroom so be ready it rings starting from 8am. Next to the house there's a school, and you can hear kids screaming from 8am to almost 8pm.
If you're coming for a short term, you can take the apartment at your risk, but long term, it's better to look for another one.
And, pls, mind that when you normally come to an apartment on airbnb you deal with the owners who normally are very helpful and you get what you're looking for. Here it is a kind of agency which puts their apartment on airbnb, so it misses both the charm and needful things (like a cork screw, glasses, washing powder, soap, dish washing liquid etc).
