Neighborhood & Noise: The home is located on a generally quiet street next to a church. While the area is typically calm, you may occasionally hear light road noise or church-related activity at certain times.

Holiday Check-Ins/Outs: Check-ins and check-outs are not available on the following holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoors. Evidence of smoking will result in a $200 additional cleaning fee.

EV Charging: An EV charger is available free of charge for guests with electric vehicles.
