Our condo is centrally located & a short drive to Silverwood & Triple Play. StoneRidge Resort includes golf, pickleball, tennis, mini golf & has an Activity Center with indoor pool, hot tub & workout center (an optional $50 Activity Center Fee applies to use). A restaurant is within walking distance & includes a golf simulator. Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, lakes, ski areas & many more outdoor opportunities are a short drive. We are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The space
Our condo is comfortably laid out for you in every possible way. We have two bedrooms (1K/1Q) with the amazing Purple brand mattresses and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary needs and has a gas range. There is seating for six at the large dining table. The living room can comfortably seat six people with additional seating if needed. The deck is made for relaxing and taking in the view of the mountains and golf course. It easily seats six people around a firepit and also has a grill. We have a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. All three TVs have streaming services available that allow you to log in with your personal account so don't forget your passwords. There is also a full-size washer and dryer available for your use.

Bring your fishing gear, paddle boards, and kayaks for use in Lake Sans Souci, which is right down the street. There are also several larger lakes in the area for recreational opportunities.

Guest access
There is parking for one car. If you must bring more than one, please let us know so we can talk with the resort about additional spaces.

Other things to note
THE ACTIVITY CENTER AMENITIES ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING. If your group would like to take advantage of the Activity Center, which includes the indoor heated pool, hot tub and gym please let us know and you can pay the $50 amenity fee after you book. You will also be required to share your email and phone number with our HOA who runs the Activity Center. Once the $50 payment and contact information have been provided, the Activity Center keycard will be turned on for your group by the HOA.
