About this listing
My comfortable and warm flat is the ideal launch pad to explore London. Located in Kensington & Chelsea, it has outstanding transport links; arrive anywhere in London fast with no hassle. The garden offers extra depth and tranquility. Enjoy!
Modern, Well Equipped, 3 Bedroom Flat in Central London - Sleeps up to 8, although most comfortable with 5. Half a block from Earls Court Tube, Zone 1.
Come and stay in our fantastic London flat, wonderfully located!
The property itself is a recently modernised lower ground floor flat. Windows are all double glazed. It features a spacious master bedroom with a convenient en-suite shower room and a second double bedroom. We have also recently converted a utility room to provide a quirky and cosy little single bedroom, ideal for a single guest or perhaps one of the kids! We also provide a 3-seater sofa-bed in the lounge, allowing the flat to sleep 2 extra if needs-be. The main bathroom is also recently refurbished, with both bath and shower available.
The main living area is a large open plan space, featuring a fully equipped, modern kitchen with washing machine, dining table & chairs, and a comfortable lounge area with sofas and television.
Outside is a lovely intimate garden (70 square meters), with table, chairs, parasol and even a barbecue - ideal for relaxing at the end of a long day in the city (provided the British weather behaves!). There are outdoor electrical sockets and lights in the garden.
Wifi via fibre optic broadband is also provided (50M - Virgin Media). Please note neither the flat nor garden is wheelchair accessible.
The area is well lit and well covered by CCTV. Walking alone late at night is commonplace.
The flat is located on a main road so you can expect some noise in the front bedrooms. We have mitigated this with double glazing in the small bedroom and triple glazing in the master bedroom. You soon become accustomed to the hustle and bustle of London life.
William is my site manager and he helps with the day to day running. He is very open and is ready and willing to answer your questions during your stay.
The entire flat is solely for you including the garden.
There are a couple of store rooms under the pavement which you will see on the floor plan that are not for your use otherwise everything else is.
Interaction with Guests
I communicate mostly by email as I spend a lot of time abroad. My site manager however is the next door neighbour. He is on hand to be asked questions during your stay as well as the briefing he gives you upon arrival.
If you would like a cleaning of the flat, bed linen changed or towels changed mid stay. Please do let me know. I can arrange. The prices for this are as follows:
Full clean of flat £35
Change of bed linen £25
Change of towels £15
The payment can be made through the resolutions tool under "request an extra service"
The flat is ideally located on Warwick Road, Earl's Court, in the historic London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
Earls Court Road offers all manner of shops; restaurants and bars in abundance. A short walk takes you to the heart of Kensington, quintessential London, where you have everything you could ask for out of London.
One last benefit of the location is the proximity of the famous Earls Court Exhibition Centre. Less than a minute's walk from the flat, the Centre is home to dozens of fantastic events throughout the year - The Ideal Home Show, The Ski & Snowboard Show, The Cycle Show, The National Wedding Show, The Restaurant Show and many,
many more. If you're planning on attending an Earl's Court show, or one of the many corporate conferences held there, the flat couldn't be any more convenient.

Great location, great Garden!
Generally speaking, we had a nice stay there, except for some problems with the electricity, but it didn't affect us a lot.
The floor in the small room is not very clean.
The good point of the apartment is that the location is perfect! It is really close to the tube station and there are lots of supermarkets and restaurants around the apartment.
Alex is a nice man who replies messages very fast and helpful.
I recommend this nice place!
Great to hear you enjoyed the flat. We had an electrician in to fit sockets with USB port in the small room after the cleaner had visited; I gather he did not clean up after himself. I am sorry about this. The good news is you can plug USB straight into socket without needing an adapter. Hope to see you again one day!
Voin suositella kohdetta!
We had an excellent time at Alex's flat. It was so close to the tube stop, which was great for us with three children who were tired at the end of each day. Loads of choices for food just down the road in more than one direction, and very convenient for groceries and the like. The flat was exactly as Alex had described and everything we needed was there. William the manager was extremely helpful and provided us with extra assistance when he saw us carrying our stroller. I was a bit worried about the lack of fans or air con in the middle of summer but that was no problem at all, we were very comfortable even with all the windows closed in case of road noise - which was not a problem at all for us. All in all a great experience. Thank you Alex and William!
The apartment was great, spacious, the location is REALLY good and easy to find. We got there a little later then the agreed upon time because of the trains, but still we were greeted with courtesy. The place is quiet, which was very convenient for us since there was a baby on the party and the nearest underground station has lifts and run the Piccadilly line, good to get to main London attractions or with you need to go to Heathrow in the end of your stay. Me and my family enjoyed our stay very much.
The flat was great for our group of 6 and in a perfect location only a minute walk from the tube station. Alex was very accommodating offering us to drop our luggage early due to early flights. The flat was a little noisy (but this was as advertised and to be expected on a main road in London--so just be aware)
Thanks for a great stay!
The flat was in a perfect location to Earl's Court tube station. We could not of asked for easier access. The shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance also were convenient. The flat had double paned windows that subdued the noise of the busy street ten fold. There was an electrical outlet converter for use, wifi to accommodate all six cells and computers. The patio was quiet and a nice treat to enjoy a cocktail while everyone readied to go back out in the evening. The washing machine was perfect for us and there was a drying rack for our clothes. Thank you for our stay.
We had a wonderful time at Alex's apartment. William the caretaker is a gentleman and had no issue that our flight had been delayed and we would be a little late. The apartment looks exactly as described and we had no issues at all. We were a big group (9 girls) and still had plenty of space! The garden is beautiful if you happen to get nice weather. I would 100% recommend this apartment and i hope to come back and stay in the future. It is also really close to Chelsea, where we had dinner booked so couldn't have been better. Alex was also excellent on email and always came back to any questions I had in a prompt fashion. Many thanks for having us! :)
