This spacious gated-community townhome was made for making memories — couples unwinding in the year-round hot tub, families splashing in the pool, or friends competing on Canyon Mesa's pickleball and tennis courts. Two en-suite bedrooms, a sofa bed, and a loft workspace mean everyone has room to relax and recharge.
The space
Enjoy a scenic 9-hole par-3 course perfect for a relaxed round of golf—or walk it twice for a full 18-hole experience. Surrounded by lush landscaping, winding paths, and vibrant greenery, this community offers resort-style amenities including a pool, year-round hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, and even foot golf—so the whole family, including non-golfers, can join in on the fun.
The hot tub is open year-round, while the pool is seasonal, opening April 1st with heating beginning April 15th and remaining open through October.
For your convenience, the property includes 4 pickleball paddles and balls, as well as 4 tennis racquets and balls for your use during your stay.
Looking for a little indoor entertainment? Head to the garage for a casual game of darts with the dartboard and darts provided.

The gate is closed after 6pm and will require a code to enter.
To reserve a court or book a tee time for tennis, pickleball, golf, or footgolf, please contact Canyon Mesa Country Club. Golf tee times can also be booked online at Canyon Mesa Country Club.
For pickleball drop-in play is available daily from 8 AM – 2 PM, except on Mondays when it is not offered.
The property includes 4 pickleball paddles with balls and 4 tennis racquets with balls for your use during your stay. If you need additional equipment, paddles and racquets can be rented at the Club for $7 per player.
