The Barngalo is a unique artsy modern home nestled on a private wooded lot. Designed for beauty AND functionality, it’s the best of both worlds. Unwind in nature only 2.5 mi from downtown Aiken!
Work, play, cook, & relax ... you'll love the open ground floor w/ well-stocked modern kitchen flowing into the dining & living space w/ gas fireplace, french doors opening onto the lovely outdoor entertainment area, private office & half bath. The space
Beautifully furnished with a mix of vintage, new, and handmade pieces, The Barngalo welcomes you in with a spacious foyer leading into the open living, dining, and kitchen with unique concrete flooring throughout.
The kitchen will delight the avid cook with many small appliances, a dual coffee maker, gas stove, and a large island overlooking the dining table and living room.
The living room features a Roku TV and record player.
French doors open onto the large patio where you can relax on the sectional, sit around the firepit, or grill a delicious meal. Ample parking. Private dedicated well provides clean, fresh water to the home.
Downstairs you will also find a 1/2 bath and a large, private office space for those trips where work and play collide.
Upstairs is all hardwood floors and offers a full laundry room, a small seating area with Roku TV, 2 full bathrooms, and all 3 bedrooms.
**Spacious Master boasts a queen bed, dresser, and walk-in closet for plenty of storage. The en-suite bathroom has a custom double vanity, oversized tile shower, and private water closet
**Guest room 1 offers a queen bed with plenty of closet and storage space as well.
**Guest room 2 has a set of twin bunk beds, as well as a closet and dresser storage.
2nd full bathroom is complete with a tub/shower combo
** Futon couch provides one additional sleeping option on the upstairs landing.
**The Barngalo is NOT child-proofed. Stairs and hard floors throughout. It may be more appropriate for ages 4 and up.
Dogs will be considered, with a fee, on a case by case basis by the owners.
