You can be right on the water in this beautiful Newport Beach home! French doors open onto a covered patio with a spectacular bay view. Watch people pass by and gorgeous boats cruise the harbor. Walk to wonderful restaurants, shops and bars! This room has a 3 night stay minimum.

The space
This private guest room with large bath is on the first floor of this gorgeous Bayfront estate. Known as The "upside down house" since the bedrooms are on the first floor. The queen bed is so comfortable and the room is spacious with French doors leading to the gorgeous South Bay Front. Sit outside and watch people stroll by. Sip on wine and witness the most gorgeous sunset ever! Walk 5 short blocks to Marine Ave where you will find amazing stores and restaurants. 5 blocks the other way takes you to the adorable ferry which transports you to the Balboa Funzone and beach. This house was originally built by J.C. Penny and is definitely a landmark and this suite is the best bay front value in Newport beach for sure.
