Perfect appartment and a great location to stay in NYC. I would definitely recommend the appartment!
Just spent a lovely weekend in Williamsburg area of Brooklyn. This apartment was very clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the temperature cozy and the apartment is nicely appointed. It was the perfect size for our party of 4.
Azul, not Gabriel, was the person who checked us in. He was friendly and attentive to the couple issues we encountered opening the front door of the building and the inability to access the WIFI. Gabriel was also quite helpful via airbnb app. One of my adult children is living in Williamsburg this apartment is perfect for future family visits to the area. I highly recommend this property.
We didn't get to meet Gabriel but we did Azul, who was very welcoming and left the apartment very clean for us. The neighborhood is great, the location of the apartment worked well for us. We enjoyed staying there very much. We had a little problem opening the main entrance of the building but Azul got there in about 10 minutes and solved the problem in seconds.
We rented the apartment last minute, but Gabriel an Azul made sure everything was nice and neat for our arrival, same day we let them know we were taking the apartment.
The two beds are amazingly comfortable, the futon not as well but works just fine.
Generally speaking we were very happy staying there.
Good location in the neighbourhood Williamsburg. Clean apartment, good beds. Gabriel and Azul were quick to respond and the check in and out were very easy. We enjoyed our stay!
Great location on this williamsburg flat. Two big bedrooms with doublebeds make it really comfortable. Gabriel was really easy-going, quick in feedback and very helpful. Will definatly recommend this place.
The place was great. A top location. Clean, comfy and convenient. Azul and Gabriel were easy to get in contact with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Real Estate professional, work in midtown Manhattan and have lived in Williamsburg now for 10 years.
Love books, traveling, the outdoors, magazines, good food, furniture design and modern art. Australian living in NYC for now over 15 years.
One of my favorite art museums would be Storm King Art Center about 1.5hrs north of NYC as well as Dia Beacon, also in the Hudson Valley. The Getty in LA is also totally amazing. ArtBasel in Miami Beach is something every art lover should experience.
