This is a farm, and we operate classes, birthday parties and more! There may be events going on during your stay, or work occurring on the property. You will be informed of this. There won’t be ponies present unless you purchase a package.
Pony experience! Packages start at $500. This includes 2 hours with one pony for pony rides on our farm. Tables and chairs available.

Please note. We have another rental option. Horse boarding with a trailer on the other side of the property.
If winter weather is expected or on Indian Rock Road, I would highly suggest 4 wheel drive.
Important Information about your rental- There is a security system in place on the outside of the property. Please do not smoke in the home. No pets allowed unless you are boarding your horse. There is no access to the barn unless boarding your horse. Please do not use the washer or dryer. Sheets for the beds, towels, blankets will be provided for you. Shampoo and soaps provided. Paper products are included in your stay. There is one main tv in the living area with antenna tv and a fire stick. There is a smart tv in the master bedroom. There is also a dvd player with plenty of dvds in the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking supplies you may need, however, if there are specific spices you desire, please plan on bringing those.

Water may have a sulphuric smell since it’s a rental and not ran on a daily basis.
Please bring bottled water if that might be an issue for you.
Horse boarders: There is no access to inside of the barn. That is the owner’s personal storage. Water is located at barn and you have access to all paddocks. Trailer parking is designated at the first entrance straight ahead off Indian Rock Road. Sign will indicate trailer parking. Please do not park your truck and trailer on grass, or in front paddock. Please bring your own hay, grain, and anything necessary for your horses’ overnight stay. Please bring shavings if you intend to use the stall. There is a water trough and one oversized stall in the lean to. There are lights at the barn- Please ensure they are turned off after your stay.
Please ensure that you clean up after your animals: stalls should be free of manure and parking area upon your departure.
Upon departure, please make sure all lights are turned off, trash is taken with you, dishes are cleaned, and keys are returned to the lockbox.o
