This RV camper is a 2007 Fun Finder x139. This RV has everything you'll need in an ingenious 14ft design. Tiny full bathroom with toilet and shower, queen size bed, kitchen with 2 burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, heater, awning, DVD player, stereo, and television. The RV sits on 400 sqft of our yard. You'll find a quaint private setting with great outdoor space to enjoy the Colorado sunshine. The awning nicely covers an outdoor dining an lounging area. Depending on the season, we'll have potted cherry tomato plants, herbs and greens for you to use.
You have full access to the RV and outdoor patio area. If you would like to check out our gardens and chicken coop we'd be happy to give you a tour.

The RV sits at the back of our lot and is just over 20 ft from our home. If we are not at home to answer your questions we can be reached by phone. Our business is in the neighborhood so we are a short drive away if needed.
Spend the day discovering the rich culture and colorful past of Historic Old Colorado City. Our neighborhood is filled with turn of the century architecture. The heart of the shopping district is just 12 blocks away. You will find over 100 wonderful locally owned independent businesses including: art galleries, gift shops, boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Colorado Springs. Explore the history of the neighborhood by strolling through Bancroft Park, visiting the Carnegie Library, or the History Center Museum.
Bring your bikes and access the paved Midland Trail for easy biking to the heart of Old Colorado City shopping and dining.
Within a 10 minute drive explore Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks Open Space, Downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, The Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak Cog Railway & so much more!

Other things to note
The RV is small. Please note that the interior height is 6' 4". Taller guest may feel restricted by the ceiling height.
We do have a very friendly and well behaved dog and cat who live with us.
Although we love animals we can not allow pets. No smoking, drugs, or excessive drinking on the property. We expect the interior and exterior space to be just as clean and tidy as you found it. We ask that any dishes used be washed before your departure and that you take out any garbage/recycling to the bins located by the parking area. Please leave all dirty linens on the bed. Please be mindful of what goes down the drain and in the toilet to include not flushing feminine hygiene products. Accidents happen, please notify us prior to departure of any spills or damage.
We will consider 2 adults and one small child if you are comfortable all sleeping in the same bed. Please note that there is not space for a pack n play.
