  • Everything was easy to set up with Ryan, and my co worker, who was in SF for work, had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Ryan's Condo. Great neighborhood as well!

  • Ryan is a great host and has made a great effort to ensure his guests feel comfortable. The apartments was very clean and everything is top quality and comparable with nice hotels, for example bed, bedding, towels and bath products. There is a great view from the apartment and it is nice to enjoy it from the balcony. The neighborhood is very nice, feels very safe and quiet but with nice restaurants in cafe's in 5min walking distance and in about 15 minutes walking distance you have downtown Noe Valley with even more restaurants and bars.

  • We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is great and well equipped. Furthermore, Ryan is a very responsive host. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient.

  • Ryan is great, super helpful, friendly, and nice. His place is clean and that was a big worry for my mom, who stayed there. She really enjoyed herself. It was a quiet and respectful building. We'd definitely do this again. Thanks, Ryan!

  • Ryan was available and helpful before and during my stay. His condo is very nicely decorated, comfortable, very clean and has a fully stocked kitchen. The back deck with it's gorgeous view was a plus. I enjoyed the location because it is in a quiet neighborhood to retreat to after a full day of exploring. The bus on the corner makes it easy to get around if you don't have a car, but I did and the parking was easy.

  • I booked Ryan’s condo for my parents and cousin. They were visiting from Upstate NY and I wanted them to have a real, San Francisco experience during their stay. Ryan’s condo was the perfect spot! The place itself is immaculate, warm, spacious, well-appointed, and inviting. My family felt right at home while briefly living as Noe Valley residents. The condo offers an ideal location for nearby shops, snacks, coffee, and fine dinners. My family especially enjoyed XO, Contigo, Philz, and Noeteca. Ryan’s place is also conveniently situated near public transportation and walkable to other neighborhoods such as the Mission/Valencia area.
And Ryan was the perfect host! I found him very flexible, accommodating, and kind! I live in Noe Valley so we didn’t require the “tour” but he was available to provide any tips and tricks we needed. Ryan made my family feel extremely welcome to be in his space for 5 days.
This is a great home away from home for quiet time with accessibility to oodles of activities.

  • Our stay at Ryan's place was a real treat. Noe Valley is a bit off the beaten path ...and it is part of the charm! The area is beautiful as well as the house itself, and you can really feel like living in San Francisco for a while. Street parking is very easy and a bus stop is just right on the corner, which makes public transportation convenient as well. The appartement is really comfortable, spotless, well appointed, and we could feel that Ryan prepared everything for our venue, which is always appreciable. We also enjoyed the balcony with its beautiful view on the city. Communication with Ryan was really easy and laid-back, he greeted us and was highly flexible for check-in and check-out times, which was a real plus. We would go back without hesitation and recommend this appartment to anyone.

  • Ryan was the sweetest, most considerate host! He even got the apartment cleaned and ready for us one day before we were originally supposed to arrive, as our plans suddenly changed and we had to be in San Francisco one day earlier. Unfortunately, our flight was very delayed, so we arrived at the apartment almost midnight, thus disturbing the next door neighbor (2 apartments on each level) with noise of bringing our suitcases up the stairs (3 flights up), and in and out the door. Since there are 6 units in the building with quite thin walls, there is understandably a strict house rule about not making any noise before 10 in the morning and after 10 at night, and closing doors VERY carefully, so if you are a late night person that likes to have people around for dinner, that would be something to keep in mind,
but apart from that, I would highly recommend Ryan's apartment. It is clean and tastefully decorated with a gorgeous view of downtown and the bay peeking through an amazing pine tree outside the small terrace (which is just outside the very well stocked and organized kitchen.) A bird's nest view.....

  • It was a pleasure staying at Ryan's apartment which I would be happy to do again. It is a big place with two rooms with beds, dining area, out door deck. Ryan was helpful and pointed us in the right direction for dinner the first night. It is a residential neighborhood and you do need a car or be able to quickly figure out how to use the busses.

  • Fine ... , Noe Valley where is located Ryan's flat is not exactly downtown. But If visiting San Francisco is entering a painting composed as a patchwork of colors, it's better idea to be a little bit outside and go back home everynight rather than sticking to the post card.

Cosy, modernly and tastefully equipped, Ryan's apartment allowed us to start the morning with a flattering and panoramic view from the terrace. Thank you Ryan for that accomodation. Every morning we took it as an ideal starting moment every morning to discover your wonderfull city.

I am french, and as "a bloody french", we have a bad reputation for expressing also the counter part of excellency. It's my turn :) : "why did you not propose to have a drink with you and have the opportunity to exchange a few words with you ? Shame on you !"

Thank you for your service, you are forgiven.

Hello - I lead an active personal and professional life that includes a lot of travel, and have decided to offer up my home for rent to short-term and long-term guests to San Francisco. I take great pride in my home, which is a recently renovated 100-year old Victorian that I have designed and decorated to be similar to a luxury hotel suite with a gourmet kitchen. I am an avid home chef, and the kitchen is fully loaded and suited for all levels of cooking. I fell in love with this area of the city (Noe Valley) when I first arrived and have created a warm, beautiful, and quiet space located within quick access of all the metropolitan benefits that a major city like San Francisco offers.
